Welcome. How can we improve the New Yahoo Mail?

everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    THIS NEW YAHOO IS HORRIBLE NEVER GIVES ME ALL OF MY EMAIL, HAVE TO SEARCH FOR ALL OF MY EMAILS BECUSE THEY DO NOT ALL APPEAR AT ONCE, THE EMAILS ALL LOOK HARD TO VIEW IT LOOKS LIKE A COLLAGE OF LETTERS, DID NOT APPROVE OF THE SWITCH

    I gave the new look a chance. It looks way too cluttered now, way too many ads (yes, we all know you want to make money that way, and still make money by giving people the option to go ad-free), and it's too cumbersome and weird to navigate. Go back to the way it was. Period.

    I hate it!!! Can't say how much. I feel like I need sunglasses with the white version and the dark on you can't really see which emails have been read. Please do something!

    We the users did not ask for this change in format/features. We whom are over the age of 55 struggle with what we have and changing things makes our life more difficult.

    "Unfortunately, you cannot revert back. We are only making the new one better. We know change is frustrating and hard but we really hope you'll give the new layout a fair chance."

    You definitely can and your long time users will applaud you for it. Fair chance does not apply to a poor design.

    Recently, my yahoo email view changed and it makes it difficult to navigate (e.g., delete multiple messages in message list view, star messages within the message list view, set to unread in message list view).
    I have to open the messages to delete, move, etc. I would like to be able to perform all tasks from the message list view rather than having to open the message.

    I don't like the new format. I prefer the old simple one! i would like it back!

    Not fun or as easy to view and read emails. I don't like having adds in my in box. As I went to open a message the add got clicked open.

    I worked in the Tech field from 1977 to 2020. So it is not because I am older.

    Why is it not accepting and recording my actions in the email. Every time I go to email it has me zeroed out AGAIN. I have done well over 200 actions in the email and it RECORDS NONE.

    WT **** is this?

    get rid of ads - revert back to the original email - your changes are ridiculous and whoever is changing email is doing so for their benefit and not the actual users benefits.

    This new email view is not feasible, not readable, not workable... Please GO back to classic view.

    New version, and lack of Classic option, makes it difficult for older people to view Inbox. too much visual noise for the eyes and brain. Me as well as a large number of user will find other alternatives. Someone made a big mistake not giving users the option. Perhaps Gen Z testers are responsible. Big mistake, huge!!!
