You new look for yahoo is ridiculous. There was nothing wrong with the old one. It was basic, simple, and easy to navigate. The design now is way too cluttered, difficult to navigate. WHO thought this was a good idea and why

The changes you have made over the past year have made your email almost UNUSABLE. The dumb achievements and the multiple layers of authorization not to mention the restructuring of the folders....Absolute garbage. If i hadnt had this email for years I would have moved away from your yahoo garbage.

Bring back the old design. It was simple elegant and easy on the eye. I hate the new design because it looks so awkward, the search function doesn't work. I absolutely feel disoriented.

As I can't revert back to the old Yahoo I will be looking to convert to my Google account that I setup when you announced this nonsense. I imagine you don't care if you lose users but just to let you know you are going to lose this one.

i liked the old way of seeing my emails where i could see more than 3 inches of each page. I am reading emails on a laptop and have to down click every 5 lines. its annoying.

I detest the new look that yahoo has set up for the emails. I want the former look/layout. I want mine back the way it was, or I WILL begin the process of shutting down my email account with yahoo. It doesn't work for me. What makes the managers of yahoo think we like what they give us? I've had it!

When replying to a message you can't tell where you're at. All the previous versions had the reply message placed neatly at the top of the chain. I've given it about a month and I'm still getting confused to where I should reply and what messages are being trimmed. I don't mind cutting previous messages from the chain out myself. This trimming creates a confusing mess. How do I get back to the previous version which I found very user friendly?

You guys are young, full of life and intelligent. But in honesty you are young and stupid. Says the old guy...lol. By using the new interface you alienate messages of severe importance because you "THINK" you are prioritizing the subject, subject matter and other relevant information into 'YOUR' priorities. The tabs that you have magically came up with serve no purpose to the context of the mail. I know this was the brainchild of some young and enthusiastic upstart but this is an EPIC FAIL. So if you excuse I need to go back to make sense of your clusterf&^%!!! Thanks in advance....

I am writing to express my frustration with the recent changes to the Yahoo Mail layout. I have been a longtime Yahoo user, and I strongly prefer the previous version.

The old layout was much easier to navigate, more user-friendly, and better suited to my daily needs. The new design has made something that was once simple and convenient unnecessarily complicated.

I understand that Yahoo wants to introduce new features and improvements, but users should have the option to choose which layout works best for them.

I am asking Yahoo to please bring back the option to switch to the classic layout rather than forcing everyone to use the new design.

As a loyal Yahoo user, I would appreciate having a choice in how I access and manage my emails. Please consider the feedback of longtime customers who were happy with the previous version.

there is no option to switch back to the old yahoo mail, for pc and mobile. the old was better, intuitive. why are you forcing it to us???!!!!¡????

I hate the new version. It is glitchy and annoying. I do not want "challenges" or "achievements" in my email.

Please add some different themes or colors to the Yahoo Mail website. The light and dark views are not pleasant on the eyes. I really prefer the original look that you had. This new look looks cluttered and it really makes me gravitate more towards Gmail. Hate to say it but it's true.
