you let users go back to the old mail once before, and now you've forced change upon them. what kind of bogus is "Unfortunately, you cannot revert back." Obviously, you are digging your heels in on this & that's just plain poor. You wrote this specifically addressing users you knew would be upset. Who made it your job to force change upon people? Checking and sending e-mail is a routine. What's next - someone's going to completely redesign the toothbrush? the bar of soap? the television remote? This didn't need improving & you improved it anyway. simply poor. Stop catering to people who want today's technology to be the technology of 2060.

Can't begin to say how much I HATE the new look of Yahoo mail, HATE that this forced upon me as decades loyal user, and HATE that there are no longer themes beyond Black and White backgrounds. What the holy **** is wrong with your tech people that need to justify their jobs by just f'ing things up?!?!

I cannot stand this new email format. It is cumbersome and shows way more information than what I need. We are not all 20-something geeks who need all this AI junk. I want my old email back!

Tabs seem gone, at least by default. Some of us have more than one thing going on at a time. The menu of cruft on the right is of no interest, but uses up more screen space. Really, this sucks. Yes, I can probably spend time to get it back to something useful. Why do you decide that my time has no value? I stuck with this service even though I have gmail, and I pay for this even though my gmail is free, because it was a bit more useful. Was.

The classic/basic mail interface was better than the new one. If I wanted to use an email interface like Gmail, I would just use Gmail. Yahoo's interface had more contrast and was more visually appealing. Bring back the option to choose which interface we want to use.

Recently you have made changes to your web interface that are horrible. The new interface is ugly and has so many features removed. The previous interface was wonderful. Blocking senders is now impossibly difficult. There used to be a block senders option. This has been removed. It is also not possible to copy an email address to manually add it to the block senders list.

It seems to me that when I user says an email is spam you should automatically forward it to the phishing email addresses in each country. If enough people report an email addess as spam you should stop that email address from being on your servers.

But on top of these horrendous things your email servers have become totally unreliable. I get pop3 timeouts nearly every day now.

It is not clear if this is deliberate on your part to try and get us to move away from using Yahoo.

You seem to want people to upgrade to your paid service but why would anyone do that when you cannot provide stable, reliable servers.

Someone has made a total mess of this service.

Every time you "improve" your email system IT GETS WORSE! I can't list all the things which are WRONG about it, and which are seriously making me consider MOVING TO ANOTHER SYSTEM COMPLETELY (Earthlink's , GMail, etc.).

At a bare minimum if you insist on "improvements" here's one that might make me consider using your system. Previously it was possible to use the "Search" function ONLY FOR THE INBOX. Now it searches All Folders, even though I don't want or need this. That makes the function PRACTICALLY USELESS, so please correct this CRITICAL FLAW, and allow us to choose where the Search will be made.

How can I return to the old version which was better?

I now check my email a small fraction of the time as I used to because I hate your new UI so much. You can check the logs. Please bring back Classic View.

Please provide option for classic view....new view is not pleasant.

The new layout is just awful & cumbersome. It's hard to read, hard to see what you have starred as a priority, hard to switch between email accounts, easy to click on the wrong thing.. Just really awful and I'm not the only one who thinks so. At least off the ability to go back to classic which was SO much better.

When clicking on my email sometimes it goes to trash then I have to retrieve it , that didn't happen with the old style email!!! I hate this new email, You should at least give a person the chance to go back to the old style!!!
