Hate being forced to change things that work just fine. Now I have all grey boxes where graphics should be and no links inside email. No option to go back!

New interface is cluttered and not easy to navigate. Please give us back Classic Yahoo Mai

improve it by going back to old look, new look is horrible. the circles, the primary that you choose not me. the endless scrolling are annoying

I find it harder to find the emails I'm looking for. It is glitchier than the last version. The "sending" icon stays up even though the email sent hours ago. And, why am I earning points for deleting emails? This seems useless and unnecessary. If my work emails were not tied to this account, I would switch to google mail.

It was easier to navigate. I don't need AI for anything having to do with reading and responding to email. The older format was easier to read. If I wanted an account that behaved like gmail, I would simply get a gmail account. There are many people who don't want nor need the change and i suspect that they abandoned their yahoo email accounts over the past year because of it-basic on the google searches I've done regarding this change. Other email providers that have basic accounts similar to yahoo are doing pretty fine. I hope you listen to your users and revert it back.

How do I get to my old view?

Whatever this is that I'm stuck with is a HORRIBLE MESS!! It is NOT user-friendly. I work three times harder than I did before to do the things I need to do. Even putting something in or taking something out of a folder takes twice as long as it did with the BASIC format we had. GIVE US BACK OUR BASIC EMAIL.

The new yahoo is AWFUL I want the old yahoo back

With the new Email there is no way to even tell on the left list which Email you are looking at. SO MUCH real estate is taken up for ads, I need to scroll left/Right just to read a line in an Email. If the objective is to get people to abandon Yahoo Email, you are certainly going to achieve it soon. I suppose the PAID Email program is not as terrible, but with THOUSANDS of free Email options, I'll just start using Google again. Yes, I know it will take months to get everything changed back to Google, but I think it's worth it. This continual changing of the Email format is really annoying.

When you tried to foist this **** interface on your customers previously you were smart enough to allow customers to continue to use the old version. It seems that so many people did that that you finally decided to remove that feature.

I want as much information on my PC screen as possible WITHOUT having to scroll or dig through nested menus.

This would be ok for touch screens, phones, tablets, etc,

WHYT would i want a mobile interface on my desktop???

I dont like this new layout. I have tried to get used to it, but its a no go for me. Tell me how to switch it back, or Im leaving Yahoo after a few decades!

Why did you change? How can I go back to the previous version. Whoever did this change just made Yahoo mail much less user friendly.

Once I delete a bunch of emails, the emails I saved remain on top. When I choose to delete more, I have to deselect the emails I already chose to keep. This is much more time consuming. It's crazy.

Spam management is abysmal. Can't block spam senders by domain. Blocking individual spam addresses is futile. Fix filtering rules altogether. Why can't I see sender addresses at a glance. Why can't I copy sender addresses plain and simple?

PEOPLE NEED THE BASIC MAIL SO THEY CAN SEE THE NUMBER OF EMAILS IN FOLDERS YET TO BE ADDRESSED..........YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS..........MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WILL BE UNABLE TO USE THIS NEW UPDATE ABOMINATION. THIS IS IGNORANT OF YOU AND AN INSTANT FAILURE ON YOUR PART.

Please STOP upgrading (in your mind) my E-Mail....It is TERRIBLE.
Us long time users like the way it was and now, you give us no option to return to the Old E-Mail. I never wanted to change , but G-Mail here I come.

BACK TO BASIC MAIL

This is without doubt the worst version of Yahoo Mail I have ever used. Blurred, fuzzy, counterintuitive. So unlike any previous version, please return us back to Original, Simple yahoo Mail.

I don't need screen space populated by ads. I don't need a constant reminder that there is an app. I already have the app on my phone. If AI is so wonderful, it would know this and not ask.

I'm NOT going to suddenly start paying for an "ad free" experience, largely because I believe ads will be added back in shortly, or the subscription will increase.

I DO NOT NEED pop ups in the middle of my screen when I am trying to do something, forcing me to click to close something I never wanted to begin with.

Yahoo mail has been enshitified.

Not that you will care, but I am looking for alternatives

Listen to you users that the new format sucks so bad that people are willing to delete years of emails just to get out of Yahoo mail.
