Welcome. How can we improve the New Yahoo Mail?

everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    This new look and function just plain sucks. It is NOT better, it's just different (and not well thought out). Do the right thing and give people the option to go back to the old way.

    Everyone I know hates the new Yahoo. Are you deliberately trying to get rid of customers? Pleeze don't make me switch to g-mail!

    I hate the layout and colors. I hate that I can't click on "all" to get rid of my garbage without having to click individually. I hate that I have to work to get to a bcc box. I hate that I discover new things to hate about the new Yahoo every time I use it. I totally hate the new priority box. I hate the summary feature. I hate the.... I forget all else.

    I hate that I can use the old Yahoo easily but the new Yahoo is counter-intuitive and requires a whole bunch of thought and effort before I can accomplish a task that used to be simple.

    I hate the new e-mail!! The colors throw me off, and now the trash can that was at the top is gone. How do I delete e-mails?!! Please stop changing the e-mail!!!!

    After 15 years of being treated as an adult, you decided that I need a participation award like a loser grade schooler! I resent having a stupid banner flash across me screen after I simply respond to a stupid email.. I am leaving Yahoo email and going to a service that actually treats me like a ******* grown up! I will leave this active, but all of my regular activity will be moved to a grown up email service

    When will you bring back the old Yahoo Mail??? The new Yahoo Mail is so unattractive and just bland, it puts me to sleep. I WISH WE HAD A CHOICE OF WHICH ONE TO USE. I want the old yahoo mail back.

    Hello,

    Please allow users to switch back to the old view. The new one doesn't work properly. Sometimes I have to view my mailbox using web browser and almost each time I have to refresh the site multiple times to see the content. It was checked with different devices and different browsers - always the same problem. With the old view everything was functioning well.

    We need the option to return to yahoo basic email. The new layout if horrible. Ads everywhere, hard to navigate and go thru emails. Deleted emails dont delete. Why mess up a good thing?

    ALLOWING YAHOO MAIL PLUS USERS TO BE ABLE TO SWITCH BACK TO YAHOO BASIC MAIL? I USED TO HAVE THIS ACCESS AND IT WAS REMOVED WITHOUT MY NOTICE OR REQUEST ? WHY? MAIL PLUS IS VERY SLOW AND SWITCHING BACK HELPED IN PAST TO IMPROVE IT.

    I am not comfortable with new yahoomail. I have not switched to yahoo mail. Who asked you to force me to follow new yahoo mail. Please give option to switch to basic yahoo mail

    My idea is that you go back to the Old Yahoo mail. I've been trying this new one for months since you forced it onto me. But this new one gets worse with every update. I've already begun transferring all of my data to gmail and AOL. you're missing key features, like how long did it take you to add sort by sender. and now, I get to be part of some back to school challege. WTF. I'm a 45 woman, I do not need to be rewarded for deleting my emails. please, please, read the room. no one likes the new yahoo. watch the youtube videos, read the comments, read the reddit threads. every updgrade is a downgrade.

    Switch my email accounts back to classic mail. This new version is terrible, takes more steps to do what took only 1 step before, extremely hard to look at. For some insane reason other people I know were able to switch back but I can't??? That makes no sense and seems like that's discrimination. Switch it back
