you keep sending me this thing i am on a streak...i have no choice but to use mail plus since it is my work email. i still hate it. it is very disconcerting. I have asked my IT person to find me an alternative. You have thrown me off my rhythm. it's terrible and I didn't ask for it. you do not know what it is best for me. where is my choice to go back.

I wish you wouldn't have removed some of the features you used to have on the old style. This new style makes this work sooooo much worse. Specifically, it was much easier to manually sort through and remove emails. Now it's nearly impossible to do so. Also as a person that can't see colors very well, you make it very difficult to see what emails have been read and those that haven't. It used to be so much easier. You also removed the ability to switch to the old style or if you didn't, you made it impossible to find. I've had my email for almost 30 years (1996 or around that time frame) and you are pushing me off your platform. I know, you don't really care about one GenXer and you think this newer system is so much better and maybe it is for a lot of people, but you are adding bells and whistles that many of us really don't need or use. It's a shame and at some point I'm just going to have to leave or just let the email fill up with garbage and waste a lot of your storage. I know I sound like a cranky old man and I work in the service industry. I deal with people like myself in this situation quite frequently but this is just a simple email. It's like trying to add a speedometer to a push mower. Is all this really needed? And if it is, wouldn't it be a good idea to let people opt out. You say these nice thing about computer automation is it's flexibility. This update doesn't seem very flexible.

I suffer from the early stages of AMD. Since you have introduced the new interface I am having trouble now reading the font. With the old classic interface with white background and darker font it was far more 'user' friendly for me.

I have tried the 'Light Dark Mode' but that's no use to me either, as the back ground makes the lettering harder to read!

You can't tell what is read and not read easily. You can't put up multiple emails in different tabs. Too much stuff all over the place and it makes navigation to hard. Looks like a monkey designed this.
Just fix it or give us the ability to go back to an older version.

Please restore Basic Mail or the Classic Yahoo Mail layout for my main account. The current desktop layout is difficult to use and is hindering my work. Another Yahoo account of mine still has the older layout, and I would like that option restored for my main account. i Love the Basic Classic version, its simple, clear, and easy to organize my work but the new version is confusing and too clustered. Let me use old mail. Choices are good. If you make the only choice like Googlemail, I'll will soon go with them!

Give us back our BASIC EMAIL. We don't want or need this new format. STOP trying to FORCE your new email on us. It's HORRIBLE and does NOT give us what we want. DO IT NOW!!

As a senior over the age of 70, we are used to doing things our way. But when change happens without warning, and no way to return to our old ways, we just give up. I guess we'll just look for another email provider that doesn't surprise us seniors. Thanks anyway.
