PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I CAN GO BACK TO AN EARLIER VERSION OF YAHOO MAIL. FEATURES OF THE NEWEST VERSION ARE SIMPLY TOO OBTRUSIVE AND THE CHANGES HAVE NOT BEEN HELPFUL BUT ARE TOO DISRUPTIVE. HOW CAN I GO BACK? THANKS.

Can't read it, can find any controls, no visual boundaries, absolutely HORRIBLE.

Bring back the older version of YMail. What's the point in having Yahoo mail if it's going to copy GMail? I'll just dump yahoo and go with GMail. I stuck with Yahoo because your interface was better than GMail, but now that you're a clone there's no point.

So is reverting to the old UI only available behind a paywall now?
If so, bad choice. I'll start looking at alternative email services.

I hate hate hate hate hate the new email format. It is so bad I think I will have to change to another email service, after many decades of using Yahoo. I don't want to switch but if you won't let me change back to the Basic or older format I see no alternative. I have suffer from migraines and the new format is too busy, hard to read, unclear, cluttered, user unfriendly and visually disagreeable, and all these traits combine to trigger my migraines. No email is worth migraines. You need to let people opt out of the new version. If you insist you can ask them why ("aggravates my migraines") and if they have a good reason, for the love of all that is holy let them go back to Basic. I assume you have something up your collective sleeve such as spying and intrusive AI uses and that is why you are forcing people to use the new email format, which is not a sufficient reason. You have plenty of other ways to spy on us; leave the AI for the people who want to use it. Fascists.

Your new email format SUCKS! Deleting messages from trash and spam takes far too long, the primary vs. all is a joke, and any action on the platform takes forever. Hotmail works sooooo much better. I wish I didn't have to use Yahoo email.

How can I get back to an older version of yahoo mail on my laptop and iphone

the new setup does not work well. always says there are emails when there aren't. I dislike the new setup and I would like it back to the old way. i changed it once but now I can't change it again. woke up to this ****.

In the new format I can only see a VERY little portion of my email. If I minimize my screen or other its to small to read codmfortably. Ive had the other since inception and this is the worst.

Why you force user to new yahoo mail? It is very uncomfortable and irritating. Why you did not ask users if they wanted to switch to your new version? Why you did not give opportunity to users what version they wanted stay with? Why you removed option to switch back to older version? Please, read how many user not happy with your new yahoo mail. Please, give option to switch to previous yahoo mail.

go back to your old email site , was 10 times better this this so called new site very unfriendly, very confusing, unable to maneuver around this. you had a great old site.

let me return to the old email. The new format is trash. There isn't a select all button to delete whole pages of emails. Thank you for making it worse.

I am frustrated, I want the old yahoo mail basic view back. Please make it available to those of us who dont like your new layout.

The new mail version is terrible. Nothing is really better, it's just different. And there is a 3-5 second lag after every click. Shouldn't a new and "improved" version be faster, not slower?
