Please go back to the old mailbox version. this new one is horrible, and you took away the option to change back to the old.

Lose the 100pt font on both the inbox and the stupid ads on the right side of the screen, Looking at my email now makes me feel like I am a 90yr old who can't see or a 6yr old who can't read. It's comical, cartoonish and just stupid. Bring back a classy looking format that an intelligent person doesn't mind using. Will be using my gmail account exclusively from now on.

bring back classic mode. the current interface looks like gmail, and I SPECIFICALLY STILL KEEP MY YAHOO MAIL BECAUSE GMAIL SUCKS. My elderly mother's yahoo mail is still the old format, why don't I have the option to change back anymore? Why does EVERYTHING on the internet just get crappier and crappier

The new version totally sucks!!

The screen is a mess. Many of the icons once you engage, they take forever to load, or unresponsive. It is hard to read emails without toggling the bottom of the screen left or right. So, fix the viewable area. Not to mention u have big sections of navigation tools that take up a lot of viewable area on the screen. I tried using the settings under Message Preview (bottom) and that does not work at all, it would be great if u could hide all the navigation tools totally. I use a Desktop PC, and a laptop there should be plenty of viewable space to read a standard email on the screen. Also, I have tried my personal settings on my equipment, and nothing makes any difference.

The new design is terrible. What made you think we wanted this? I have been sticking with yahoo because of the old design, easier to read, more organized etc. This is busy, hard to read, just awful in every way. I don't see an option to use the old design. I may have to start using gmail instead. THUMBS DOWN 100%.

Not everyone wants a new look, I'm perfectly happy with the current look and operation. Instead of forcing the change on everyone, give us the option to keep what we have. I'm tired of the younger generations pushing their **** on senior citizens. I have two accounts and don't want either to change.

Dear Yahoo, Please stop using my account to change the way I view my emails. Is this what your newly out of college hiring team has to do with their lives? Paying them to destroy a good product is shameful. Please return the settings you had on my account 1 hour back. I'm tired of this. First you changed the style a month ago now an hour ago. Please allow me to decide how I want to read my emails. Keep it simple and stop compressing all the needed features of a basic email.

The new UI is too clucky and slow, change it back to classic. This thing is ****.

You should be proud. You made an interface even worse than Gmail. It's so bad. Everything about the new design is terrible, which must mean you intentionally created it this poorly.

It does not appear to adjust size of email windows, horizontal and vertical. I don't see a way of getting all emails related to the one viewing to get reference to older subject content.

Please get rid of the avatars/emojis next to senders name, it's awful to look at. I will probably be switching to another mail service soon

Don't like this new mailbox layout. There's too much empty space, and the view no longer fits into the display parameters of my computer, so I'm having to scroll a lot more. I want a "Return to Previous" selection! Who on earth convinced you this layout was a good idea?????

The reason I kept my yahoo email as the main email used is because I really don't like gmail. Now that yahoo changed its interface to look exactly like gmail - I don't see a reason to keep yahoo email. Is there anyway you can bring the old view back to people who want it?

Seriously hate the cartoonish new Yahoo mail look. I have the live icons before the email, it's super distracting. I don't see a way to turn this off, and that really ******* sucks. I hate changes like this with no way to revert to a view without. This makes me never want to use yahoo mail on desktop - congrats if your goal was to get people using desktop version less.

What was wrong with the old version?

You know craigslist and wikipedia haven't changed much because they don't need to. They're perfectly usable and predictable. I mistrust every company that makes arbitrary changes like the new yahoo mail, because all you've done is actually made things worse.

This change to Yahoo Mail is the enshitification of the internet. If you don't know the term, I'm not surprised.
