In the prior yahoo email - (I have three yahoo email accounts) - all three showed up in the top left. If there were new emails - they would show the number in a bubble by each email. Now with the updated yahoo email - you took that away. The email account name shows up in the bottom left corner It is only 1 account unless I hover over it and then all three show up. That is a time waster for me to constantly hover over them to see if I have a new email. I get several emails so I don't want to be notified on each one - I like to see them when I can just glance at it. Can you put that back?

The new Yahoo Mail makes managing multiple email accounts less efficient. In Classic Yahoo Mail, all of my connected email accounts were always visible in the upper-left corner, along with the unread message count for each account. I could see at a glance whether another inbox had new mail.
In the new version, the other accounts are hidden behind the email address at the bottom-left, requiring me to hover over it just to see whether another inbox has new messages. This adds unnecessary steps to something that was previously immediate and convenient.
Please restore the option to keep all connected email accounts and their unread counts permanently visible in the left sidebar. For users who manage multiple accounts, the new design is a step backward in usability and efficiency.

I hate the new mail and cannot get it back to the original. I like it streamline without the icons and colors. Too much to look at. Fine to update, but you should allow to change back if user doesn't like it. In future you should ask b4 updating. I hate it and now I'm stuck with it

Restore the "go back" button. Yes, Yahoo has the ability to do this..............let the Yahoo Mail USERS decide what works best for them.

The new mail setup SUCKS!! I can no longer see all of my accounts/inboxes in one place. I now how to click on each one to see it. Also when in each inbox, the folders are no longer viewable! This makes moving messages a huge challenge.

Lastly, you can no longer select a group of messages at once. You used to be able to select the first message, scroll down you list, hold the Shift key on your keyboard, and select the next message...and all the messages in between would also be selected. This made email cleanup very easy! This is no longer an option!

Stop "fixing" things that aren't broken. The old Yahoo mail worked perfectly!

I have been with yahoo for YEARS now and was very happy with my email situation. BUT now...ABSOLUTELY NOT. I WANT MY OLD FORMAT BACK! I LOATHE THIS NEW FORMAT and did NOT ASK for a new format. This one SUCKSSSSSSSSS If I cannot have my old one back I will be switching to another email address carrier. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS

I REALLY dislike the whole new Yahoo email format, there are far too many things that changed at once. Please, is there a way for me to go back to the simplified former look? It is even more difficult to navigate on my phone, this change was awful.

you can stop ******* with my inbox and start ******* giving me actual REAL news instead of the drama actors and fake news ******** , give me back my classic ******* mail, i dont have time for your ******** changes in my life.

Some user may have asked for a new layout but it should be optional not out of the blue mandatory unless I pay for mail. Cox sold my emails to you and now I am stuck using a mail service I not only don't like but find hard to use. Email accounts are in a different place not all in one like outlook or MAC OS. Give us who liked it the way it was an option to keep the old look without having to pay for it. IT IS CALLED FREEDOM OF CHOICE.

I don't use a cell phone. I use a computer. I pay to keep the old version. PLEASE let us keep it. Don't change it. It is perfect. Let us keep that option.

I have 6 yahoo mail accounts that I check multiple times a day. I DO NOT LIKE TO HAVE TO FIND THE DROP DOWN LIST TO GO TO EACH EMAIL ACCOUNT!! I liked all of my Yahoo mail accounts listed on the left side of the screen!!

I’m having a difficult time with the new Yahoo Mail layout. The current design feels overly playful, and it doesn’t match the professional tone I need for my work. I prefer the classic, basic view, but I haven’t been able to switch back despite multiple attempts. I understand some users enjoy the updated look, but it makes my inbox feel less serious and less appropriate for business communication. I am looking for a job and when I see the responses to my inquiries it feels too playful. I would appreciate guidance on how to restore the classic layout or adjust the settings to achieve a more traditional appearance.
