everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    go back to the old version. the new version is absolutely awful and I will probably switch to a different email provider after using for Yahoo for decades because it is so bad. it is not intuitive, the features suck and there is way to much bloat. all I need is to see and be able to read my emails, nothing else

    WHAT THE ****, GUYS? If I wanted to use ****** *** Gmail, I would. Please go back to your simple design.

    If you must change, please leave the option of going back to the old Yahoo Mail for those of us who are quite satisfied with the service as it is.

    Hello Yahoo Mail Support,

    The new Yahoo Mail design is so busy and visually overwhelming that I’m struggling to use it. I run a business and depend on email throughout the day, but the cluttered screen makes it difficult to focus and manage my work.

    Please restore the previous, simpler email layout, or tell me how to switch back to it. I need an interface that is easier to look at and use.

    you should not change the version with out request since make hard to navigate the emails
    Please restore immediately with the version I have in the past

    Can you please just let us keep the old email! I hate the new! It's ugly. I just want to have all my email inboxs available in the left menu like it used to be. How do we get it back? HATE THE NEW. Nobody wanted it before. Guess what. Still don't want it.

    New mail is garbage. I want it back to the way it was. Give me that option.

    A lousy new interface, no benefit for the final user, a new non necessary learning curve. It is free, I know, but this is a really useless / awful change. For me is just a change not an upgrade. Not designed from the user porint of view. It is a job just to justify an expense / salary.

    While I can respect your need to update your client to more modern methods, you need to realize that there are a lot of people who only use computers for their e-mail, like my parents. Your new layout has them up in arms because they don't understand it and want it the way it was. You need a permanent option to revert back to your classic basic mail so that elderly people who are not computer literate can easily access their email and not feel completely lost by extreme changes and modernization.

    You really think taking tabs away is a good idea? You used to be the flagship of email, and now you’re headed for the bottom. I’ve been with Yahoo Mail since its inception, so why ruin a good thing? Always putting your hands where they don’t belong, just to save a buck, right? The person who came up with this idea is probably getting a pat on the head and some extra cash in their back pocket.

    DO NOT CHANGE YAHOO MAIL. I've been using it for decades, tried the last update you rolled out, and went back to Classic yahoo mail very quickly. I'm old- I don't want to learn new things. Coca-cola tried new Coke in the 1980's, and quickly brought back Classic Coke. That was 40 years ago. Leave Classic Mail as on option at least.

    Why did you decide to do always with my 10 email accounts? I had them all on one page and accessible with one sign in now I have to get rid of most of them and consolidate down to 2-4. Why cant you guys leave well enough alone. I want all 10 email accounts on one page and no more Primary, just all and I want it on Classic. You also didn't tell anyone you made the change even your own Tech people. I was on phone for an hour saying what happened to all my email accounts? It took him an hour to get an answer that you decided not to support multiple accts on one page and didn't bother to tell anyone. At least give us 6 months notice or something.

    don't confuse and upset people...if it works and we are used to it and happy with it then why the h-ll change it? People hate hate hate doing this!
