GO back to old yahoo mail. Why must you continue to fix what's not broken! You've been trying to shove this down our throats for too long now. WE DON'T WANT IT!!!!

bring back basic.
basic is more advanced than the "new" garbage.
you tried introducing it last year, and everyone complained, and basic was brought back.
learn your lesson already!!!!

Not an idea, but comment. I was very comfortable with the old Yahoo Mail appearance, this new version I don't like at all. I moved all my emails over to Yahoo Mail for certain reasons, but one was I could configure the appearance that makes reviewing email easier on my eyes. Under this new version I see NO way to revert back or copy the old Yahoo Mail appearances to the new version. I truly don't need the right side panel as well...

Give me the Basic View back! This is way too cluttered and confusing!!!

I hater the new look. Stop changing things just to change them. It was fine how it was. In dark mode I can't tell the difference between the read and unread emails. What happened to the dividers by day week and month?

Didn't you just "improve" Yahoo? How many times do we have to get used to unnecessary changes? Here's just a couple things so far: When I add a photo within an email I'm sending once it's there, there's no way to delete it. You also used to have the option to make it smaller, that's gone. As for the toolbar with bold, etc. you have plenty of blank space down there, just put them all at the bottom so we don't have to open yet another thing just to see them all. I'll be back when I discover more wonderful changes that make no sense.

I need to switch back to the old yahoo email interface. I DON'T LIKE THIS NEW ONE!!! I CAN'T READ THE SCREEN EASILY TO SEE WHAT HAS OPENED OR NOT OPENED. THE NEW INTERFACE IS EASY TO MISS SOMETHING IMPORTANT. WHICH IS WHY I SWITCHED BACK A COUPLE MONTHS AGO.

Long time yahoo email customer. I like the new email, but I noticed it moved where you can review your multiple email accounts (and how many new emails), to the bottom (with just one account showing). Any way you can return them to the old view? Email accounts (# emails). One line per account. Thanks!

Return to the old email system, people who have used it for 20+ years, do not like change. You changed my email format 2 days ago without my permission, I do not like it. I want my old format back and my colors and personalization. Now I will start searching for a new email to use and transition. You are going to hurt your business now, as many of us older people who have had this email since 1994 do not like this change and will start transitioning to another platform. I have asked you before to return me, you did this a few times in the past too, I do not like this new format, I am not at all happy now with yahoo and will think about moving soon to something better that allows more personalization like I had with the old format. Please address, I am not happy now with yahoo.

Please include a toggle to be able to switch between New and Old Yahoo.

The thing I like least about the new email is the accounts are now hidden in a pop-up menu at the bottom left of the page. I'd like the ability to have each account visible at the top left as before. It was much easier to move from account to account that way. I'm quite frustrated that Yahoo didn't allow users to switch back to the old version if they didn't like the new one. That's poor customer service.

I didn't like the new version the last time I tried it, I don't like it now. You want to add features, great. Do it somewhere else. It's email. For a great number of adults, we prefer things that work to stay the way they work. I don't like the new view, I don't care about the new features. I want to go back to the previous version (which, for the record, I didn't like when you debuted it either, but I had to change and got used to it).

Go back to showing mail like you used to. This format sucks.
