Go back to previous layout
everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

It is a dictate that you don't ask people's opinion whether they want changes or not. I hate what you have done to me and didn't give me a chance to choose! I regret that I am loyal to Yahoo for so many years and prefer it over Gmail.

I am a Yahoo plus user, I do a monthly payment. I have been with Yahoo for 20 years.
Due to the last release of Yahoo, I am not considering to move to another email service.
Why a good user interface was made bad?The inbox format is not good.
Fonts and senders avatars are too bright.
Density of the inbox is inadequate
Spacing between email subjects are too wide, and font of title is smaller.
In the compact mode, the screen is filled with too many words! Too many words displayed per message per line.
It will be sad to me to walk away from the email service I enjoyed for many years. -

How do I get the old web mail back?

Moving additional/linked mailboxes (such as Gmail or secondary Yahoo accounts) into a pop-up menu severely reduces productivity and usability:
1. I can no longer see unread badge counts or active status for my connected mailboxes without manually clicking into the bottom-left profile switcher every time.
2. Switching between inboxes now requires unnecessary extra clicks, disrupting a basic daily workflow for users managing multiple accounts. Please consider restoring the ability to display added mailboxes directly in the primary left navigation panel—or at least offer a toggle setting so users can choose between a collapsed account switcher and an expanded, multi-mailbox sidebar list.
Otherwise I will be forced to switch to Microsoft or GMail as my email aggregator.
Thanks.

This new format makes everything more difficult to access and see. It's an awful user experience and a downgrade.

This font is annoying to read, it does not appear sharp and clean. Can we go back to the original email set up we had? No one likes these changes, it disrupts our work flow.

The classic email setup, view after login is much better, easier to navigate through. Find emails based on oldest or newest or sender name. liked the view of sender.... . subject then being able to lect if really wanted to see and open the email....ads just slow me down...

Where is the go back button? I hate the new mailbox because you read something, move on and the message you read is still the same shade of color as if you never opened it.
