hate the new look - I can't find anything and it is hard to read. give us the chance to change it back. I see no improvement to this new look.

I want side folders expanded "open" all day. Having to select one main folder to get access to my other folders is an extra step and keeps them hidden when working in email. Why add an extra step? Not being able to use personalize color templates is another issue. The entire layout is terrible from what it was. Should allow options to use or not use new design features. I'll probably start using gmail account now for my default email or I'll find a different one.

Your entire layout is awful. It sucks. It's not at all useful or better.

I absolutely cannot stand this new Yahoo mail. I now dread having to go through my email and it's such a miserable experience using it. I used to be able to have color choices instead of light or dark, and you've taken that away. Also, the folders used to sit nicely expanded on the left side, all organized and now they're completely hidden. What's really dumb though? Streaks! Who TF cares?? I would gamble that the majority of Yahoo mail users are GenX and the millennials and GenZ care -- and they almost exclusively use Gmail! I don't know of a single Millennial or GenZ who uses Yahoo -- so why are you forcing us GenX'ers to deal with streaks?? I couldn't care less. What I do care about is that you've made this change unilaterally with no ability to use the OG mail. Saying you know change is "frustrating" yet removed any ability to keep what we had is what is frustrating. I would even pay a monthly fee to go back. Or, if I'm going to be frustrated, maybe it's time I just switch to Gmail and delete my yahoo email altogether.

See above... I can only delete 100 emails at a time (if I can suss out how to do that) and what bright spark came up with that idea?
Why don't you leave things alone or give users the option of using a system they've become familiar with? This new Yahoo mail is absolute rubbish. I might abandon this account and use my g.mail instead as it's a lot simpler to get on with.
I'm very disappointed with you lot at present!

My idea is to change back to old version, the new version is horrible, it is way too bright and the black is way to dark. We used to be able to add themes now it is black or white which neither work for me. There was no need to change, the new version is truly horrific. Please change back or give me ability to change theme to switch back

Here's an idea, why not leave Yahoo mail as it was, fire your marketing and UI teams, save tons of money and not waste any of my time turning off all the useless **** you have built into this new product? Just a thought but why not leave the thing people were happy using alone rather than trying to justify salaries or impose useless rubbish? I do not need any of these changes. I have not needed in the 30 years I have been using this account. I do not want them. Just STOP!

Give us the option to return to the old email.

I want the old yahoo back, this new one is too busy, and too confusing. I am overlooking emails due to them being listed as All or Primary. This new format is awful

Please return to classic mail, or something similar. The look of the new mail is awful, so childish. I dislike the new mail so much I have switched to accessing my mail through Outlook. And I have been using Yahoo for a very long time and have remained a loyal user despite so many new options.

Dont like the new layout and want the option to go back to basic mail.

The new UI stinks. I would appreciate it if I could have access to the previous UI. Read and unread emails should be very distinct.

All the colors on this new format are very disracting to me. I am 73 and all I want is just basic black and white email with the message. I abasolutely HATE this new format. I can't find anything easily and when I open an email there's all this other **** in the message (pictures, tabs to clic). It's horrible. It makes me want to find another email carrier and I've had this email for years. Please offer the old format again!!!

Install Old Yahoo mail in the Yahoo Mail to give users options if they want to use Old Yahoo mail.

Yahoo now looks, acts and feels like a child's educational video game, not an adult's work tool or system. Is that what you think of your customers? People today value choice and customization to suit their individual needs and preferences. I have used Yahoo for years and appreciated that through multiple iterations I could still use what was most comfortable to see and to employ.

please offer to return to old yahoo mail. i liked that all my linked emails were on the side and i can quickly toggle between them and the big logos are so distracting when sorting through the email. please offer to return to old mail. the graphic is so distracting and hard to use yahoo mail anymore.
