I HATE this new yahoo email streaks and challenges. I am 55 and use my email daily for work and personal things. I do not want a back to school challenge, I am not a kid and don't need to gamify everything in my life. I have Minecraft for that. Return yahoo to it's professional format. This is awful and I can't even turn it off. I have been a paying customer for YEARS to remove ads, and now I have all this other garbage that I can't remove. Very unhappy!!!

New version appears very cluttered. Difficult to distinguish between read and not read emails. I've tried various settings and they're all bad. Why can't you have a "new" version that at least looks like the "old"?

I just want the option to change back to the old appearance of my email page. Settings does NOT give an option, the pointer cannot locate a collapse button. The entire look SUCKS

I hate, hate, this new mail format. Please give us a simple way to return to classic mail! Put a tab in this horrific new mail to switch back to classic mail. I will be looking for a way to forward my Yahoo emails to another platform. Which means I will no longer have a reason to visit Yahoo!

Bad Move.. Please bring back Old basic Mode

I just tried to save a message to a folder and I cannot scroll down to go tto my folder. Only the first four of my folders display, search folders, and an option to create a new folder can appear when I try to save a message. I have to type in the name of the folder in the search box in order to find and save the message. Why can't I scroll down a list of all of my folders?

Similarly, when I try to see all of my folders by clicking on the "Folder" icon on the left side of the page, I can only scroll down 7 folders. To see anything beyond the first 7 folders you have to go back up to the search box and type in the name of the folder (if you can remember it). With the old Yahoo Mail you could see and scroll down to all of the folders. Why did you make it so difficult to view folders?? (FYI, I am using a Dell Latitude laptop, nd using Firefox, which I was using without issues with the old Yahoo Mail.)

I don't know why Yahoo decided to try to introduce the new Yahoo Mail, but you took a basic, solid, upstanding email system and ruined it.

Please, please bring the old Yahoo Mail back !!

The old yahoo mail works better on older computers (like my home computer), shows way more messages at once and is still less 'busy', and doesn't pop up all the constant **** Yahoo is trying to sell like storage limits and Mail+. BRING BACK THE OLD YAHOO MAIL OPTION
