Seriously, I have been trying to work with your new format since the update and have come to the conclusion i can not. You need to either give your customers the option to revert back to the old format, or I, and several others I spoke with, will be leaving your service for Gmail.

Organizing and moving messages was once an easy task now is plagued with tasks either not working or files going missing.Please, for your own business, give your customers an option to return to the better version.

give us back the ability to use basic yahoo mail. This way you are just a copy of google mail

The new interface, which was forced on me on all my computers, is absolutely unusable. I can only manage my yahoo account through my iPhone at this point. On my computers I cannot see a full email preview because the screen is divided into three quadrants vertically. I hate the gamifacation with "tasks" and "streaks" which is designed for children and not adults. I am investigating (1) how to use an email interface, like Thunderbird or some other option, to avoid using yahoo, and (2) transitioning my email to another service entirely. As soon as I can accomplish this, both my husband and I will cancel yahoo plus and you will no longer receive subscription fees from us. An absolutely dreadful redesign which I can only presume is designed to drive your subscribers away because yahoo email is a money loser.

The "new" email stinks to high heaven. Put it back; the old was MUCH BETTER than the new.

Allow the user to go back to the basic email version... NOTE: before I switched to the newer version of Yahoo email I checked Yahoo help to make sure that I could transition back to the old version >> Help\Switch versions of Yahoo Mail... Tells you how to switch back! I tried the new version (absolutely do not like it) and when I followed Yahoo Help directions to switch back... It will not allow me to switch back! Yikes! NOT GOOD!

Half the time the little trash can disapears and i have to open and close app several times to get a trash can.

Giving us the option to go back to the old mail as it was way better than this new version. My wife still has the old mail and I have the new one and cannot go back and if I cannot go back to the old one, I will just have to move everything to a Gmail account. Please give us that option because it feels like we are forced to use something we don't like.

Please make the option to go back to the basic Yahoo look an option again. Bolding the sender names and the message preview, along with the unnecessary icons and the lines between the emails is all overwhelming. It makes it hard to see at a single email through everything jumping out at you. I get way too many emails and often feel overwhelmed at the volume. Now I have to stare at a list of emails screaming at me as I try to fine the important emails and delete the unnecessary ones. Please bring that option back. Right now, I avoid opening my emails because it is too much to look at.

I absolutely hate this new interface. I clicked on "Try new Yahoo Mail" or some such button at top right of my "old" yahoo mail and there seems to be no option to go back. I've spent hours trying to restore my familiar screen to no avail. I'm an 80 year old person in treatment for a terminal illness and I don't need any more complications or things to learn. I was perfectly happy with the "old" setup that I've used for around 30 years.

None of the "New Yahoo Mail" appeal to me. The original yahoo mail is simple and the new setup is of no use to me. I just want to get my mail without all the bells and whistles. I may start looking for another email!

Allow the option to return to Classic Yahoo Email. There will always be people like me who don't want unnecessary frills, especially when they do not provide much for productivity and, in addition, slow processing speed noticeably.

You are not letting people use the basic mail and you are forcing them to use the new yahoo mail. This is not right. Especially for those with mental health issues. Yahoo really should have thought about this first. Looks like it was done to benefit Yahoo because now there is even more ads than before. You took away the person's options to choose to go back to basic. Which was a huge mistake. I will not use your services anymore. good riddance!
