My main issue with the new yahoo email is it is too difficult to see the difference between read and unread messages. on the old format, the whole subject line was shaded in blue, where the read messages were white. with the new mail, you have to look at whether the text is bold or not, or if there is a dot indicating the unread message. i will end up seeing if i can find a desktop mail client that will work with yahoo. If i can't, i'll end up closing the account. i've had this account since the 90's when i was in college. i'd hate to do that, but i hate the new format.

Trying to delete spam or trash and app hangs/gets stuck!! Please test apps BEFORE FORCING on users.

Screen layout is BAD! Very annoying trying to switch between accounts with hotspot located at far right of windows.

Please stop using high school app designers and TEST APP before rollout.....

Not everyone is in their 20's or 30's. There are seniors who use computers who did not grow up using them and each time you change the look, it becomes more complicated than simpler. Why does the mail inbox default to Primary instead of All? Not everyone would know to click on All to receive all of their mail. The folders were easier the old way. We don't like you changing things on us. Give us an option to keep Classic

I would pay to be allowed to go back to the Classic view, I have ADHD and I cannot cope with all the new colours.

If you can make "go back" available to some, you can do it for all. You can improve the experience by giving users a choice and not forcing us to accept a dismally inferior Yahoo Mail interface.

Wayyyyy better than this boring and bland eye sore of a model or theme that's currently placed, gives your overall styles Depressing and annoying to be on. At least the purple theme was your authentic feel.

Can the pages be added back to scroll to each page? Can the icons be optional since they are very distracting and difficult when looking at emails? Can the option for basic mail be added back for users to choose the basic mail format? forcing me to have this terrible new format is horrible.
Did Yahoo interns create this new format? It's absolutely terrible.
