This new Yahoo email sucks. Some things you shouldn't **** with. It was fine, it was how it has been for decades. So, like all companies, you make it worse and try to squeeze another penny or two. Wasted dead space on the screen. The only people using Yahoo email are older people who become set in their ways, give them the option to stay classic instead of a reason to look for a better provider.

I cant believe that the classic view is not an option. I cannot stand the new mail to the point I will most likely stop using it. I way it links my emails in one with the new on the bottom is really not user friendly at all. I absolutely do not like it all and if classic view is not an option than I will be moving to gmail.

This new layout sucks, like sweat of a dead mans balls sucks, its like trying to stare into a flash bulb for something that want to be pretty over functional. You need to restore the option to use the basic interface.

I hate this redesign. I have been switching back to the old version for years because I hate it that much, and now there's no way to switch back at all. Stop taking away the option. Give users a permanent choice to stay on the classic/basic interface instead of forcing everyone onto a design they've been rejecting for years.

Your people haven't 'improved' it at any time you've tried to update it. It has rendered it unable to be used on a laptop when you have your zoom level up or with larger text. Which has been a problem since around 2005 or so when you tried to make 'new mail' a thing the first time. You guys are against those of us with vision problems. You've made it absolutely unusable for us. You arbitrarily switch us off our chosen mail settings to get feedback, which I'm sure a lot of it is swearing at you for it, for your lack of improvements. The fiddly bits aren't worthwhile or usable or reasonable. No one's going to use them, especially not me. Because of your ad spaces to the side, it's stretched the screen sideways for no reason. You've made it unusable. Again. So let me switch back immediately. Quit forcing us to switch this way from here on out. You're not innovating, you're annoying the users so we quit using the yahoo mail service. It's gone well past the point where it's not worth the free price. I've known that since 2005 and it's not gotten any better in the last twenty years. So JUST STOP IT! And please let me switch back immediately. I hate using the site on my phone but you've left me no choice since I don't have options to switch back. I'm about to sue you for how pathetic this is in relation to those of us with vision problems as it's now constituting a block on using your service, which is supposedly handicap accessible. Everything. Basic mail works and has what i want. It's always had what I want. It's the format I want to keep it as. I DO NOT WANT 'NEW' MAIL! EVER! QUIT SWITCHING US AGAINST OUR WILLS! If i had wanted 'new' mail i would've chosen it myself. Instead, it's now unusable. Too much ad space, too many problems, too much little fiddly bits that mean NOTHING to anyone or anyone is going to use. So QUIT SWITCHING US! Leave it alone!

i hate this new mail!!!! Its slowing my computer down and the look of it is terrible and the streak thing is awful and slowing things down. i hate this and think it's disgusting that i am not able to go back to the classic . HOw dare you!

I liked the format of the old email better.

I am writing to demand the return of Yahoo Basic Mail. Your new, forced interface is completely unnecessary, overly complicated, and heavily cluttered. What I am currently left with is just a broken, ugly list that is almost worthless to use. Taking away the option to switch to a true, simplified, text-based view makes your service entirely unusable for me. I am retired and have no need for your fancy junk or flashing ads. Stop forcing updates on users who do not want them, and restore the proper basic layout immediately.

this new mail is very cluttered, very hard to read and use. Yahoo needs to give the users the option to switch back. This is NOT an improvement.

Allow those of us who want the old Yahoo Mail to go back. Why is this a problem unless there is some buried software to view my private emails?

I was switched to the "New Yahoo Mail" without warning today. I do NOT like the new layout. That's why I was using Basic Mail. You have taken away my ability to switch back to Basic Mail. Your chatbox assistant says it's available to some users but not others. Please bring back Basic Mail for EVERYONE.
