please switch back to classic email ! were not here for all the ******** ! too many suits fkng **** up !

I absolutely HATE THE NEW E-MAIL. I have told you this before, but for some reason you changed it anyway, and now I can't find a way to return to the old version of the e-mail. The viewing of the new version is WAY TOO BUSY. Everything runs together. The old one showed the difference between current e-mails and the last few days and last weeks e-mail. That was very helpful, but all the e-mails just run together on the new one. Also The old version had the star button in plain sight by where the stars were. Now I have to find the hidden button for the stars on the far right side in order to make the stars visible on the left side. Just GIVE US THE OPTION OF GOING BACK TO and sticking with THE OLD VERSION, PLEASE!!!!!. If not, I'll be looking for another e-mail service !!!!!!!

Just looking at the illegible writing in the crazy colors gives me a headache in the "new" (hideous) mail. Basic is easier on the eyes, easier to survey. Please return it.

Since my account was switched to the new Yahoo Mail version, the service has become extremely unreliable.

I often have to restart my browser five or more times, because emails are not loaded. Some emails do not arrive at all, while others appear only under “Unread” instead of showing normally in my Inbox. Other messages arrive with a significant delay.

This is causing serious problems because I use this email address for important registrations, bookings and correspondence, and I cannot rely on receiving messages on time.

Please restore the previous Yahoo Mail version for my account, or provide a reliable way to switch back to it.

The redesign has made Yahoo Mail much harder and less reliable to use. The old version was clear, stable and easy to navigate. In the new version, emails do not always load correctly, some messages appear only under “Unread”, and I often have to restart my browser several times. Please restore the option to return to the previous Yahoo Mail version. Users should not be forced to use a redesign that works worse than the previous version

this is absolutely terrible update - who thought that light grey text on an off-white background with absolutely no distinction between read and unread emails was a good idea? this is completely unusable! why is the AD section taking up the entire right half of the screen leaving only a narrow column for the inbox and emails so everything is cut off and only a tiny sliver on the left that shows only the first letter of each folder? why is there NO access to the setting or useful functions yet you have all this area dedicated to USELESS features that no one will ever use! not that they could even use anything the way you have completely dropped all functionality in favor of whatever the **** this garbage is. Email should be USABLE first, then add the fancy features that no one wants.

BTW, I think it's hilarious that so many people are asking about going back to the old version that you felt the need to include a note about that on this page.

Your new updater to the email is so ugly and not user friendly, It literally hurts my eyes. I will be using gmail until you allow us to switch back to or old email. This is a pain ********** for me to do, but it will be worth it not to use your service anymore. Did anyone ask for this?

This version is impossible! You have deleted verything that was GREAT about Yahoo !

How do I get Basic Mail back? I've tried everything.

This new version is slow, cumbersome, overdone, boring and for people who has lots of time to fiddle around. I am not one of these people. Please give me back yahoo basic.
