The new interface is terrible.

You shouldnt make it to where only some email accounts can go back to original email inbox. I was told by your bot that length of time ive been with you doesnt matter to yahoo. It does to me!! and if i cant go back to original i will change my email and drop yahoo. appreciation of loyalty means everything to me. And I hate when people make changer FOR me, without my permission

I think it may be the AI attached to the new interface, but everything is running really slow, and there's some weird stuff going on. I keep getting a message that I have no internet connection when I have verified that it's connected. Other sites like Facebook load just fine on this same connection--Yahoo is the only site I'm having these issues with. Things are taking incredibly long to load, sometimes not working at all - I just tried to check my spam folder, and it never would load. It finally gave me a failure message. There are emails missing from my inbox that I haven't deleted. These emails appear on my mobile app for Yahoo, but not the new desktop interface. And finally, ads aren't loading at all - I'm not too upset about this, but I'm assuming your advertisers might not like it.

I have been using Yahoo mail for a long time and it is the email service I trust for all my needs. I am not a savvy user of internet so please understand that this New Yahoo Mail is not for me. Please allow me to continue with Yahoo Basic Mail service.

are you even paying attention. your new style sucks plastic donkey ****. Hard to use, the icons are confusing, i consign your programmers to a circle of **** and hope they all get creamed by a Freightliner. Every IT improvement gives a programmer a ******* and makes users curse their existence

I am a Yahoo Mail Plus subscriber. My account was recently forced to the New Yahoo Mail interface, and the “Go back to the old Yahoo Mail” option has disappeared. I strongly prefer the previous Classic/Old Yahoo Mail interface for my work. Could you please restore or re-enable the Old Yahoo Mail option for my account?

This priority sucks!!! It's glitchy, and bounces around after I delete an email or more an email to another folder. Janky. Bring back the old inbox

The new interface compared to classic is super slow on my low bandwidth internet connection. It now take 5 to 10 times longer to load. Very frustrating. Gmail is now much faster than Yahoo mail.

The new email is junk! Takes at least 3 times longer to access emails, is over complicated and is NOT user friendly. I want my OLD email back!

The new version is frustrating, time consuming and have to always click on ALL, the other captions are unnecessary and irrelevant.

The current mailbox format is very intrusive, takes up resources on my machine beyond what it should take up, looks stupid, has AI that can't be completely disabled since I DO NOT WANT AI ON MY EMAI ACCOUNT! I do not like AI, I do not want AI and even though I've had this account for more than 25 years, I'm thinking about leaving. Your contests are moronic, made for people who can't think for themselves and this is why things are going bad; no one can THINK for themselves anymore and have to look up everything. Lets eliminate AI in email boxes and let people remember that they can think and read on their own to draw conclusions!

If I wanted this email i would have signed up for it. I DON'T.... BRING BACK CLASIC EMAIL. New email makes it harder to read email, harder to move to folders. It's a pain in the butt.

I ask that you make it easy to go back to the old email format. You forced your new email format on me a few weeks ago on this account without asking me. I don't like it. I would like to go back to the old format. But I can't see how. Please make it easy to swish back.

First of all, the layout is not spectacular in my opinion. I know things apparently need to be all colorful nowadays. Yes, I'm a crabby old boomer and one of the first users of Yahoo mail probably. But all that I can live with. What I don't like is the stuff you've taken away. Unless I'm missing it, which is entirely possible. I like to go through and clean up my emails by deleting old stuff or stuff I don't need, about once or twice a year. It's super easy to do when you can choose an entire page and just click Delete. The way it currently is, I don't see any other way than to have to click on each individual email and then click Delete. So what used to take like 5 seconds takes a minute or so. And if I'm deleting literally thousands of e-mails, that minute or so turns into hours. Also, I don't see any way you can sort the emails by Sender. Why did that get taken away? That was handy for a variety of reasons, including when I was deleting things. So I used to be able to sort my emails by senders, then delete them page by page if the sender was an ad that I kept receiving, for example. Now I can't do that. So I understand trying to add little improvements or bells and whistles that one may or may not use. But why TAKE AWAY the stuff that users could utilize on a regular basis? I feel like Yahoo tried to push this email setup on me a few years ago also. Is there any way I can switch back to the old system?

put mail back to basic, stop changing it. ask customers first. the new lay out is terrible. hard to read.

Clearly from the REAL reviews, no one likes this new layout. The option to switch it back to the original is now conveniently gone (big surprise seeing as obviously this option was heavily being used) and now you forced people to use your new and very unpopular layout.
