Incorrect name permanently associated with my own email address
Yahoo Mail persistently associates the name “Reynold Johnston” with my own email address, although I do not know anyone by that name and no such contact exists in my Yahoo Contacts.
The incorrect name appears in autocomplete when I address an email to myself and when Yahoo Mail displays messages I send to myself. Clicking the X removes the suggestion temporarily, but it returns after Yahoo Mail is refreshed or reopened.
My Yahoo Mail sending name is correctly set to Clement Schubert. The raw header of a test message correctly shows “From: Clement Schubert,” and recipients outside my account receive my messages under my correct name.
This appears to be an incorrect internal Yahoo Mail autocomplete/display association. Please provide a way to permanently remove erroneous name associations that are not present in Yahoo Contacts.
