Notepad to the right of emails
There are three managers that use my store Yahoo account. We have customers email us asking questions and, unless managers go through all of the sent items, we don't know who has been responded to and who is waiting for information. A notes/follow up area where contacts and other prompts exist would be a VERY helpful area to toggle to a follow up or Task area so everyone isn't guessing as to what needs to be executed. I'm surprised Yahoo hasn't thought of anything like this yet. Please let me know if this is a function that is being worked on or already exists and I just haven't found it. thx
