I just can't get used to the new appearance of the inbox. First of all it too difficult to quickly see what mail has been read already and which is new, unread. Secondly, it looks too much like Outlook which most people use at work. It just reminds me of work as opposed to our old Yahoo mail that reminds me of home.
I truly, truly wish you would allow us to continue to use your basic mail . . . it's like HOME!
There are many other reasons too why I don't really care for the new but these is the most crucial.

I cannot fully express my hatred for the new format. Having my email categorized into "all" and "primary" is beyond frustrating. Just list my emails. Filtering out the spam is fine, but the 2 categories is TOO MUCH.

Since the new Yahoo mail layout is abhorrent, please consider a path to return to the classic layout. I've had a Yahoo mail account from nearly its inception. And I will be forced to abandon it for a mail service with a user friendly interface.

Get rid of the ****** ads after every 5th email.
Also get rid of the highlighting of the messages when scrolling over them.

Please outline the procedure for reverting back to the good version of Yahoo Mail? I can't find anything in this version of Yahoo. Why can't I see all of my mailboxes on the side anymore?

This is terrible, the visualization is difficult. New vs old, new day vs old, the font suck.. Do not force these changes on users!

YOu now look like a failed version of gmail. This is ghastly. it's like kindergarten layout for children. it's fuzzy, VERY difficult to view. Cumbersome. SLOWER. It's not clean.

Your formatting options are primitive. At least when you compose in gmail you get all the pt. options and real typefaces. This is just gawd awful.

I'm sure this is just going to be deleted, since that seems to be the way this kind of feedback is handled here, but I'm not sure where else to air this. I've had and loved my purple Australian sunset background for years, and was perfectly fine with the old inbox design. To log in and find it's been replaced by bland whiteness (and an inbox design which is harder to navigate) and almost all customization options are locked behind a paywall is upsetting and disappointing. The option I liked was taken away but not actually replaced with a "new experience" to "try out." Ultimately I'd like the old design back, but if you're going to take it way, at least give free members something to work with.

New Yahoo Mail web interface is absolutely terrible. I hate it. TOTAL ENSHITTIFICATION. Your company sucks. I hope AI takes your jobs.

I hate the new design its ugly and less enjoyable to view emails. The old design was so much better. I never leave bad reviews on anything but this has made me consider switching to gmail because of how awful it is.

Allow for the user to decide what theme is best for them. It is aggravating to say the least when someone who does not know me decides what theme and style I should use. I prefer the old yahoo email theme better than this new one. Stop forcing your opinions on others. Let the customer decide what is best for them.

Every time you guys redesign the email look and feel it get's hard to use. Now everything is all crammed up and it is hard to read the email message. It should be more open not crammed.
