YOu now look like a failed version of gmail. This is ghastly. it's like kindergarten layout for children. it's fuzzy, VERY difficult to view. Cumbersome. SLOWER. It's not clean.

Your formatting options are primitive. At least when you compose in gmail you get all the pt. options and real typefaces. This is just gawd awful.

I've been a loyal yahoo email user for decades. This is the most disruptive of all the changes you made.

Just go back to the old email! This new email absolutely sucks ***!!!!

I'm sure this is just going to be deleted, since that seems to be the way this kind of feedback is handled here, but I'm not sure where else to air this. I've had and loved my purple Australian sunset background for years, and was perfectly fine with the old inbox design. To log in and find it's been replaced by bland whiteness (and an inbox design which is harder to navigate) and almost all customization options are locked behind a paywall is upsetting and disappointing. The option I liked was taken away but not actually replaced with a "new experience" to "try out." Ultimately I'd like the old design back, but if you're going to take it way, at least give free members something to work with.

New Yahoo Mail web interface is absolutely terrible. I hate it. TOTAL ENSHITTIFICATION. Your company sucks. I hope AI takes your jobs.

LET PEOPLE CHOOSE THE OLD, ORIGINAL FORMAT IF PREFERRED.

I hate everything about the new Yahoo mail. Please make an option to go back to the old one.

This new format is hard to read and SUCKS. Can I opt out like I did last time?

go back to the Basic version please

I hate the new design its ugly and less enjoyable to view emails. The old design was so much better. I never leave bad reviews on anything but this has made me consider switching to gmail because of how awful it is.

Allow for the user to decide what theme is best for them. It is aggravating to say the least when someone who does not know me decides what theme and style I should use. I prefer the old yahoo email theme better than this new one. Stop forcing your opinions on others. Let the customer decide what is best for them.

Every time you guys redesign the email look and feel it get's hard to use. Now everything is all crammed up and it is hard to read the email message. It should be more open not crammed.

The new layout sucks, the original was easier on the eyes, and to use

Please give users the option to switch back to the Yahoo Classic Mail View. I find the current Yahoo mail view disorganized and confusing with all the multiple colors as well as the email logos

To make this less unusable, sort the inbox view. It has multiple problems, and visibility is one of the biggest. Where are the date separators? Where is the colour difference between read and unread emails? The spacing between emails is too big, and that's just a few of many complaints. I'll redirect my emails to Gmail and slowly move everything there, since this is now a really bad experience.

We don't want this new email.. Listen to your users not the dumb ai that thinks this is what we want..

HATE IT,, Oh And Now That You Changed Your Format Now Every time I Try And Reply Back To Someone It Says It is From My Wife's Account , We Both have Separate Yahoo Mail Accounts , Never Had This Problem Before !!! And I Can't Change It !!

“Yahoo Mail update makes every open email require horizontal scrolling. Happens in Chrome Incognito and another browser. Please fix.”

Your non-human chat is worthless.
give human support

You have turned reading my email in to a night mare.why do I have to sign in every time and why has your new format shrunk the reading window to half the page?

I hate this new mail. I do not know WHO the emails are from. Terrible

Please give me back my classic mail! I never wanted this terrible "update" which seems very much like a "down date". No, I'm not happy. I am considering switching to Google.
