The complete Personal Data for my name was sent to me two days ago. I downloaded it, but it was not decipherable nor readable.
If the complete Personal Data had been sent in Word or some other common composition form, I might have been able to open it up in a READABLE form. But it was sent with a .zip form, and I could find no way to unzip it. As a result, the whole download was of no use to me whatever. I deleted the whole download as USELESS. If you can send me the Personal Data for Bruce Bayles (broobay@yahoo.com) in Word or some other word processing form, I would appreciate it. If not, I thank you for your effort, but what you sent me was Useless. Sincerely, Bruce Bayles
