everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    Light mode not stark white, warmer tones. More vintage, softer font like the old one. This font is so awkwardly/widely spaced it's hard to read. Extremely abrasive to look at. Why is everything chunky and modern and shiny looking?

    The only reason I still used Yahoo is because it didn't look like gmail - now there's no point. 🤷‍♀️

    In the old Yahoo Mail view, I was able to open multiple emails in new browser tabs. This feature is missing in the new version and I use the feature regularly. Additionally, the color scheme for dark mode makes it hard to view some messages due to poor color contrast with the text and background.

    I hate it when you do this. I didn't ask for you to change it. This is ********! I was perfectly fine with what I had and was set up the way I wanted it. It is extremely hard to read with the darkness. IT TOTALLY SUCKS!

    new yahoo is not useable for me any longer because it does not show me which of my linked email accounts have messages waiting in them unless I switch and look at each one individually. I will NOT spend that much time doing so. Instead I am looking for a new email provider. Why you eliminated the option to see all accounts at once is beyond me but everyone I've talked to hates it and is looking for a way out of using it anymore.

    Stop messing up my inbox!! Put it back like it was! I hate this new look. It's so confusing! I want my old inbox back.

    This new Yahoo mail format; can't see all mail boxes together - basic feature was removed by Yahoo.
    Become time consuming to see which mailbox has new emails. Very annoying.
    Yahoo is pushing users away. WHY???????

    I miss the custom themes and more streamlined layout of the old Yahoo Mail. The new one is very clunky and looks like a mobile app scaled up to desktop size.

    Why is there no longer an option to switch back to the old look? This one hurts to look at. Too much contrast. "Switch back to old Yahoo mail" does not work anymore. :(

    I want my old classic view back,. I dont like the new look or feel to this new interface.

    PUT THE ******* EMAIL BACK THE WAY IT WAS YOUR NEW LAYOUT IS GARBAGE AND IT HURTS MY EYES AND I HATE IT AND I WANT TO SORT MY EMAILS WITHOUT WANTING TO KILL MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please allow for users to choose between new layout and the classic layout. When you made changes before I almost left Yahoo, but was able to switch to classic view. Now the option doe into seem to be available. With the number of email options and email forwarding, I do not need to stay with yahoo, so give me options until you have some much positive feedback about the changes that those who prefer the previous layout will want to change to the new too and stay with Yahoo.

    There are reasons I stay and pay for yahoo. Do not give me, or likely many others too, reasons to leave, the market is too competitive.

    the current format is not user friendlly and very difficult to find the things. Also took away several options to the user to see how the mail should look, archive and search inthe entire history of the mail box. Please bring that back to us the option to chose the format between the styles. Thanks.

    this update is terrible. As a decades long user, I am seriously considering moving from Yahoo email. Give us hte classic mode!!!!!!

    If you do not make a change allowing users to revert back, I will have no choice but to find a different product. The people responsible for the "new" product DESERVE TO BE FIRED!!! The new product is a TOTAL piece of ****!!!!!

    Yahoo's new appearance is garbage! Why would you want to follow the likes of Gmail and Outlook? Why not try and be yourself? Being yourself is precisely why so many (especially of my generation) have stayed with Yahoo: we want a UX that is clean, not cluttered and easy to navigate. Your new look is trashy and leaves me wanting to leave because it takes too much filtering to find what is important on the page. Yahoo, there is infinite wisdom in the aphorism "less is more"! Get rid of all that unnecessary busy stuff!
