New version, and lack of Classic option, makes it difficult for older people to view Inbox. too much visual noise for the eyes and brain. Me as well as a large number of user will find other alternatives. Someone made a big mistake not giving users the option. Perhaps Gen Z testers are responsible. Big mistake, huge!!!

I can't even tell you how much I HATE the new email format. Why make such stupid changes just for the sake of change? As soon as I can, I will transferring to gmail, even though I've been a yahoo mail customer since there WAS email.

Not a fan of the new email look or layout. Please enable reversion to the old, which was far better.

I will be moving off of this new Yahoo email. It's completely confusing! Can't not tell what emails were send and who it was sent to. The way it collapses emails is very disorganized.

I still like the previous format.

I cannot tell you how much I hate the new version of mail. It's difficult to navigate, it's ugly, it moves to different categories on its own. It's horrible. Just as horrible as the last two times you tried this. SWITCH IT BACK!!!

Not getting responses to email I've sent out. Who even knows if they were actually sent.

I have been using Yahoo Mail for many years, and I am extremely disappointed that the previous interface was removed without giving users a choice.

The new interface is visually distracting and much less practical. The large, brightly colored sender icons draw attention away from the actual emails, and the lack of clear date separators (Today, Yesterday, Earlier) makes the inbox harder to read and navigate.

Please restore the option to switch back to the previous Yahoo Mail interface.

If restoring the old version is not possible, please introduce a genuine Classic View with smaller or removable sender icons, clear date separators, and a clean, traditional inbox layout.

Long-time users should have the freedom to choose an interface that suits their needs. I strongly urge Yahoo to reconsider this change.

Please make the prior Yahoo Mail format available; the new format is just too complicated.

The newer bubble-type sections are cutting off part of the email, making it hard to read and requiring to use the slide bar to see whole message. The lack of color /view customization looks terrible. I will be switching to another email provider as my ain if this doesn't get better soon.

I'm not a fan of this new look, I don't like that your only option is a white screen or black screen, neither one is gentle on the eyes. There are too many color-coded icons, I like the choice of a different color theme for the background. I don't like that you have to click through 3 times in order to search for your starred emails. All the emails titles have different fonts, and different sizes. Everything looks confusing

I am visually challenged and there are no options for changing colors and better layout.

Please revert to the previous format, or at least allow us to choose. This new format is awful. The "to the top" arrow is gone. The other format is just easier to read/view. I may seriously have to switch emails because it is just that bad and sterile-looking. Dark mode does not help at all.
