I am disabled and don't appreciate this not being an option anymore.

delete addresses from memory
Sometimes people's email addresses change, like they retired, and when I start to type in their name, the old one keeps coming up. I thought there was a way to delete old addresses from the list of contacts, but it no longer seems to work.

Bring back blocking and removing a specific email all at once
There use to be the option of blocking and removing a specific email all at once. I had received 133 spam emails and 119 of them were from the same email address ( contact@xysyrsm.com). I use to be able to block and remove these all at once, but now I had to look at EVERY one of them. I saved all of them if you would like some proof. Please bring back the option of blocking and removing all of the unwanted emails all at once.

Voor mij is de Prullenbak een tijdelijke opslagplaats voor e-mails die behandeld zijn maar die ik nog wel wil bijhouden. In de nieuwe lay-out zouden die al na zeven dagen plots verdwijnen! Terwijl dat voor de spamfolder een volle maand is! Ik vind dat we dat zélf moeten kunnen kiezen. Een maand vind ik billijk, maar 't zou zelfs langer mogen zijn wat mij betreft.

Issue with your server
Some of my email are not showing in my inbox https://mail.yahoo.com/. These emails were not deleted, spammed or archived. The emails existed in my inbox. For example 9 December 2024 emails. This is not browser related issue. It is clearly your server issue. I tested with Edge, Chrome, Incognito and the issue remains.
whether I use the search or scroll to the entire inbox to locate the emails around December 2024, I don't see some of the emails.71st ranked -
restore a click for blocking emails
Blocking SPAM emails used to be much easier; a simple click to add an email address to the BLOCK list; Now, the email address has to be manually typed into the BLOCK list; and emails that show up in SPAM have ridiculously long email addresses. Restore the simple click to BLOCK emails.

Setting that allows filters to operate on Spam folder
Spam folder is full of basically the same 8 ads from spammers which makes it hard to check for valid emails since filters ignore the spam folder. Should be an option to allow filters to operate on the spam folder so when I block one Colonial Penn ad, any new ones also get blocked in the future.

bring back the "block the senders" option in SPAM folder
previously there was an option for mail found in the SPAM folder that allowed you to "block the sender". now the only option to block the senders email address is to manually type the address in the "Blocked addresses" in the "Security and privacy" section. It was so easy previously with that feature!!!!!!!!

Deleting Spam needs warning pop-up for all instances of permanent deletion
When selecting multiple items in the spam folder for deletion, and clicking the trash can button, a pop-up appears asking if you are sure you want to delete them forever.
If you are looking at an individual message within the spam folder, and you click the trash can button from inside that message, it will delete forever with no pop-up.
Please include the warning pop-up for all instances of permanent deletion.
This issue occurred on Firefox 158.0.1.

I am not happy with the fact there's no obvious way to select "unstarred" to delete multiple emails the way it was in the previous UI.

longer save in drafts
I use the drafts to compose group email newsletters, this way I can make changes and add pictures easily while checking my emails and searching for news online....but you now delete drafts after 7 days. I lost 2 newsletters in progress when you updated Yahoo Mail and was rushed to complete a new group email in 2 days...NOT HAPPY. Please extend the save time in drafts to at least 2 weeks. Thank you.
