Make your news articles more concise, all to often they are overlong and boring. Get to the point!t!
You tease a response to the headline issue, but then we have to wade through unnecessary info to get to the point It would be so much better if you eliminated this policy.

Where is The Canadian News
Canadian News is necessary to Canadians. Your reporting is less biased than most of the others and you actually print some truths. Please continue to do that.
Less obvious advertising would also be appreciated.1040th ranked -
Your 'news' is one sided propaganda
I am all for reading BOTH sides of an issue but your news is no longer a reliable agency for truth. I am SERIOUSLY considering closing my yahoo account.

Better filtering options
I get it. You need to make money and clicks make you money. But for the love of Pete, when I click on 'news' I expect NEWS Real news. Not what some celebrity wore to the prom. Not what some crooked politician posted on twitter. Please allow users to report non-news and filter their feeds better

"White people are more likely than people of color to say their community does well in offering health care for older adults"
this is the reason why we need the comment section back. What a racist loaded post against Caucasian people. If this was the other way around there would be **** to pay. Healthcare was originally set up for those that worked and earned the ability to apply. Small business that offered low paying position offered health care. Some of these low paying jobs were not good enough for some and they choose not to apply. Most of us…171st ranked -
Learn the diff between "jail" and "prison."
YOur headlines keep referring to people who are "sentenced to prison" for a term of days. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO PRISON FOR ANY TERM SHORTER THAN A YEAR. IF they are sentenced to a term of less than a year, they do their time in the county jail. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THIS??

Use a person’s preferred pronouns in articles…
You should use a person’s preferred pronouns through out the whole article. In the article about lia Thomson she was referred to as “his” when discussing right winged opinions at the end. It felt like a breach of neutrality besides being disrespectful to do in the first place.

Please STOP TOPLINING CONTROVERSIAL articles with the comments turned off!!
Any topline articles should NEVER have comments turned off!! And we know that you use these controversial articles to drive traffic. It is shameful and fringe but if you're going to do it, give us an opportunity to comment on it. Otherwise don't post the article on top!

News versus Sensationalism
Your opening news display promotes **** women in various poses. Strictly sensationalism; not news. My suggestion is you act like professional journalists and report news and significant events; not just women in bikini's. Come on; you're capable of better than that. If the only way you can promote your site is through this type of picture portfolio then just remove journalist from your title and add tabloid editors. Thanks.

Stop giving Washington Examiner and Fox News more prominence than fact-based news outlets. They are destroying the Yahoo brand.
I have read Yahoo News for decades, and have always felt that you selected outlets and news items fairly, but lately there are more Washington Examiner articles than any other outlet, which is just ludicrous, because it is well known as a hard right-wing outlet that cares only for right wing ideology, and has little regard for truth. I can't support Yahoo anymore with blatant biases like this. Yahoo News has changed from a fact based news service to be a mouthpiece of the hard right. It is sad, given how long you have been a useful and believable source…
