More balanced news
Your news sources are all very slanted to the left/far left. Can you please provide more balanced coverage? Like a real new source would do!

Stop leaning so far left
Opened your page today and no story leading on the Russia hoax/DOJ events taking place...that requires a search even tho it is a huge story.
Passive censure.

Dear Editor,
My comments Submission regarding a news story about the Epstein documents scandal, I feel were censored depriving me of my freedom of speech. The comments do not mention anyone by name, do not use profanity, (unless the initials BS constitute profanity) threaten anyone, or violate any other guidelines yahoo issues for comments. Yet either your bots or some person decided my comment was too inflammatory. I truly suspect Yahoo is becoming fearful of political lawsuits that have been hit against ABC News, CBS 60 Minutes, The Wallstreet Journal, etc. at the expense of free speech.1040th ranked -
Make source links more available
News comes from so many non-Yahoo sources. It's frustrating to read an article without going straight to the original source. I find myself having to search the words in the headline to get to a story on (for example) Business Insider, Buzzfeed, or wherever the story originated. I often just skip looking through Yahoo News because of this.

Unbelievable
I have never in my life read so much blatant political bias, hypocrisy, & out-right lies. It's disappointing that Yahoo "News" only cares about catering to the social & political whims of the very far-left aspect of society. It's almost as if they don't give a flying flip about the other half of society... a majority of society. Yahoo "News" makes no attempt to hide their political bias, but instead proudly wear their TDS as a badge of honor. I guess Yahoo "News" believes that constantly lying about & mocking America's President... is somehow good for Americans? It makes sense,…

Fix this error
I am unable to comment on articles in the news app. The comment field is there so I can type in my comment, however when I press the enter button to post that comment it won't upload. The little circle just spins and spins and spins but the comment never posts. I am on the Android platform, up to date. Samsung Galaxy s20 fe that has the most recent software. This just began happening about a week ago. Thank you!

Yahoo Finance has major problems
I've been using Yahoo Finance for decades. It has become extremely slow to load, especially the graphics. Trying to update a list of stocks is difficult because the app sometimes doesn't appear, and sometimes doesn't react. I've been trying to add a stock for 2 days now and the app just jams. I'm losing 10s of minutes everyday waiting and being frustrated.

balance the news sources
The news feed is bloated with left wing political news sources. Pushing a Yahoo political agenda is not what I am paying for, so please try to balance to actually find the truth instead of fueling left wing propaganda.

I have used Yahoo Finance for over 20 years. It was very good originally, however now is apears to be the slowest on the internet.
I do not know how to fix. I am a user of Yahoo Finance and hope that things improve, it has slowed down significantly ever since APO aquired. Profits over customer satisfaction. I would be willing to pay for faster Yahoo internet performance. Right now Yahoo is the slowest. I have a new very fast laptop with high speed internet

Please date news stories.
Please put dates and times on your news stories on when they are posted. I'm tired of reading older stories. Thanks for your help.

Please make contact with Yahoo News accessible
I have responded politely to numerous news articles under the comments section only to be rejected. I even tested the system with a one word very polite comment, only to be rejected yet again. When I appeal, I'm never contacted by a moderator as to why, even though your site says I will be. Sounds like censorship to me. Please have a moderator contact me via email so we can reach a resolution. I have been a ATT customer for decades.
Thanks & regards,

Why are my comments not getting published? Why are you censoring me?

Remove unreliable information/ misinformation from news feed
In the news section. It would be nice if we could filter out news from unreliable sources. I mean Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, etc. The are not reliable news outlets, and yet my news feed is full of them. Some are misinformation, but many are just blatant lies, and frankly I am sick of seeing them. Please inform me as to how I can remove these from my news feed.

Allow all viewpoints. Not just the ones you agree with
You should allow all points of view in your echo chamber. People that are critical of the left and it's policies. Instead you stifle debate, censor comments, flag opposition and in general, create a false sense of approval. People need opposition to either solidify their stances or question if what they are being told is truth.

I want to get rid of some extremely slanted "news" sources such as Huffington Post. How do I do that?
Some button next to each suggested article in the newsfeed, to say that one wants more or less from this provider. I think we used to have this before... I really do NOT want to see those moronic articles from the propaganda site Huffington Post - I am happy to have a broad range of political views, but I want it from serious sources, not that silly rag.

remove details from headlines
Could you please stop posting the full graphic details of a horrendous story in the headlines of the newsfeed. I would like the option of not reading the awful, triggering details of what some people have done to their children or pets.
it's a disgusting habit. don't need the graphic details, just tell me someone was arrested for doing something horrible. I'd like the choice to not be traumatized by the specifics. seems reasonable. thank you1040th ranked -
Allow users to deselect tabloid sources from their news feeds
There are a few reputable sources of information (AP, UPI, Reuters) and they're buried by the numerous tabloid sources (Buzzfeed, Politico, HuffPost, Daily Beast etc.). The old format allowed users to filter out sources they didn't want to see but there appears to be no options in the new format.

Notification icon
For comments, the notification icon opens up replies and likes to our comments to articles but when clicked, it does not take the reader to the comment. It just takes it to the top comment in the article. Change it to where it links to the actual comment so we can reply.
