Stop allowing racist articles to be reshared on your platform.
I think someone should proof read the articles you repost. You're allowing racist people to get their agenda on your website and in turn are promoting racism. Please review the article shared from The Root: "New Development In Case of Black Trucker Arrested in Dubai for Raising Her Voice"

Expanding use of Advertisement Tag
I am relatively new to Yahoo News and use it frequently now that I am retired. The convention of marking items as advertisement is appreciated since it lets me triage effectively.
It would be even better if you added this tag to news items that tell you nothing more when you click on them except the subscription rate if you want to learn more, e.g., most Baron headlines. These are particularly annoying.

TRUMP has been THE MAIN topic of conversation for MOST ALL of the MEDIA since he was voted in as POTUS almost 8 years ago now. I mean if he isn't a concern or a threat to our country, now remember he was the Commander in Chief for 4 years and I don't recall any DEVESTATING happenings...other than the "China Virus". Yet again, if he is such a concern or threat to our livelihood, why can none of you stop talking about him for more than 2 minutes.....?

Please include the state when posting articles from local newspapers that don't mention it.
Many articles on Yahoo are from localized newspapers. As such, they mention the city/town and maybe a county of a news event but NOT the state. It would be nice to know where an event took place w/o extensive searching.

Restore e-mail notifications for replies and likes on comments posted regarding news articles.
I would like to register my displeasure at Yahoo's elimination of e-mail notifications for replies and likes to comments on news articles. I thought the purpose of this was to encourage conversation. Now it is almost impossible to engage in discussion, particularly when multiple articles are involved, and when some replies arrive hours later. My only option seems to be to ignore Yahoo news, and use Yahoo solely for e-mail - for which I will be seeking an alternative: Gmail, Outlook, etc.

Dark mode for everything please. especially IOS
You have dark mode for the list of emails but not for the emails or home page itself. Please make this an option. Because after viewing the list of emails in dark mode then going straight to a white screen is literally eye opening
