If you haven't figured it out by now, you probably never will!
"In order to improve our community experience, we are TEMPORARILY suspending article commenting."
This is like a Charles Bronson, "Death Wish Sequel #37" -- something with no end! You are obviously attempting to influence readers with your one-sided Op-Eds and are trying to rationalize your actions with a statement that even the dumbest can see for what it is. You are only fooling yourselves. You have lost respect, and are losing readership.

No comments, no home page
For as long as I can remember, I've had Yahoo as my homepage. Recently you have attempted to silence debate and discussion on your "news" stories by "temporarily suspending comments" on just about anything political. So there's no reason for me to visit your website any longer unless you reconsider this ill-advised and cowardly tactic and restore users' ability to comment on all news stories. I'll check back in a week; if nothing has changed, I'll cancel my account.

Yahoo continues to have nothing but a far left news stream, and does not allow any comments from the right
this should be an open forum that allows for discussion from both the left and the right, your current policies that dont allow and type of conservative feed back actually causes more anger and animosity. If there was a reasonable alternative to yahoo you can bet you'd be out of business

Don't use a a paradox to defend a bad choice
Our goal is to create a safe and engaging place for users to connect over interests and passions....we are temporarily suspending article commenting.
Those are mutually contradicting phrases and does not convince me that you're interested in providing a means to connect.

Reinstate "comments". Not nearly as entertaining.
Bring back "comments section. O now spend 75% less time on Yahoo than previously. Change back soon or I'll move to Google as my home page. Thanks...

Freedom of speech?
To have a prominent journalist from Yahoo News on Twitter calling for the removal of other credentialed journalists from the Twitter platform is unconscionable. I'm on the left and think this is incredibly inappropriate coming from a journalist at an allegedly non-partisan outlet. Even if you don't agree that de-platforming is a 1st amendment violation (debatable), it absolutely casts your network in a bad light to have your journalists calling for the banning of other journalists from social media, the modern-day public square. I'd have a serious moment of self-reflection about the values at this outlet and a conversation with…

I'm in the UK. My news feed is just America and China news. Why??
Why doesn't Yahoo gives me news from the UK, the county I am in and my laptop's region is set to?
It just gives me news happening in America and China. It's strange and annoying.
I'd like to view the up to date news in the UK, when I go to Yahoo News. It's not too much to ask.554th ranked -

Please add the change country/location feature again.
Previously I could change yahoo uk to yahoo usa to read the different news, now this option has been removed, or has been severely altered. Please return the options for the different yahoo countries in the web page.

Why does Yahoo show international news when you click on US news?
Why is it when I click on "news" then "US" I still get news from other countries?

Loud ****** music over videos, Auto plays commercials then something goes wrong with video.
Oh, what ever happened to verbal commentary on a NEWS video. Instead we are forever treated to ****** overtly loud, ******, elevator music That has nothing to do with said video or news story. WHY?
All of your ads play fine but the videos themselves don't. Why?
I can barely see my full mail window because of all the ads in the side bar. Do better Yahoo. Do better.554th ranked -
Yahoo! News needs to keep your place when trying to return to the news feed after reading an article.
After reading an article and trying to return to the main Yahoo! News page you are put right back to the beginning of the page, forcing you to scroll through the LONG list to figure out where you were.
I've reported this issue before and it persists so I have switched to reading Google News. Just thought I would be nice and report the annoying glitch in case you actually read these reports and act on them. Clearly you do not.742nd ranked
