Dynasty/Keepers - Leave league open to allow trading, adds, and drops during the offseason.
This would allow managers to make all league transactions within the platform, including adds, drops, and trades, throughout the year.

Dynasty football is the next step in the expansion of fantasy football gaming. It only makes sense that the company that hosts the best fantasy leagues thus far, be ahead of the curve in this category.

Please acknowledge the rapidly growing interest in dynasty league play, including deep IDP dynasties which cannot thrive here with only 30 man rosters. We need 40 minimum. This season we moved 2 of our 4 Yahoo leagues to MFL. If you are unable to expand our rosters, sadly, we will move the remaining two leagues.

You already own regular fantasy football. This is an increasingly popular style of play that you should take over and run with also.

Espn has recently talked about adding this feature for fantasy football. I would like to know if Yahoo might consider doing this too.
We are currently using MFL for our dynasty league and think Yahoo could offer a much better experience. There are threads on Reddit discussing the possibility of Yahoo, ESPN, NFL or CBS to offer dynasty leagues for fantasy football and I am wondering which site will be the first to do it.

Need a better way to allow pre-draft trades or off-season trades. Making it completely reliant on the commissioner does not work. ESPN's way of doing this through the league website is a much better solution,

Do not emulate myfantasyleague.com! That site is garbage and why I am here asking for you to do one!!!

I would move 3 dynasty leagues to this site next year if it were available!!!

Yahoo runs on ad revenue, yet they don't want millions of people visiting their site in the NFL offseason. Makes sense to me?

Ranked #1.
"Gathering Feedback"...
From who exactly? The feedback is in the description, and has been voted on by the player base. How about changing that to "In progress"?

I would like to sugest some better support for dynasty type fantasy football league's.
Add devolpnental player roster spots.
Add the spots but make the spots only elgible to Rookies and second year players.
That way it would limit how long you could hold onto a player before ativating them to the active roster.
Those spots should be regulated almost like challenges. Start out with 2 with the ability to earn a 3rd. If a player has 2 developmental players rostered the entire year the next year they can earn a third, but if a situation came up when you had to activate the developmental player to the active roster you would be limited to 1 slot the next year.
That would curtail people stashing and activating players with malicious intent. -

I would love to see a dynasty league on Yahoo. Features including trading future draft picks, not same amount of draft picks involved in trades, open year round, rookie drafts. I know I would pay a reasonable premium for this service. Please take this under consideration.

Preseason - one of the things that a lot of Fantasy Football players like to do is see how players performed each week, and their point totals of the previous season. ESPN does this currently. If you click on a players info bubble it will populate with their point totals, yards, TD's, etc from last season. Yahoo only shows projections for the upcoming season.

Yahoo: look at myfantasyleague.com.
Now, change everything you have structurally to what they have, keeping your GUI (or whatever). Couple the look you have and live scoring with a REAL fantasy league structure, and you could easily charge money. Even at $5 a league, you'd net a fortune...

By the sounds of it, folks in this thread are in complete disbelief that a feature they want does not exist. Words like "dumb" and "suck" and "clueless" and "blows" and "stupid" clearly demonstrate how serious they are. At some point someone will call Yahoo a big fat poo-poo-head and simultaneously the universe might collapse. Please, Yahoo, implement this feature before that happens. Granted our universe has its problems, but it's our universe and, as of 2016, our only universe. Thanks!

its really ridiculous that we have to petition for something that should be automatically included on the site. You know what? Yahoo can go FI. Cheap bastids.

gotta love the way Yahoo NEVER adopts anyone's great suggestions. They just leave them up here to rot.
Yahoo blows.
