Allow field goal scoring to be always worth 3 points with additional fractional points if the length of the field goal is >30 yards.
Current settings don't allow for this. A field goal should always be worth at least 3 points. The settings to be able to result in:
15 yard field goal: 3 points
30 yard field goal: 3 points
35 yard field goal: 3.5 points
62 yard field goal: 6.2 points
