I'm writing to suggest an improvement that I think would help solve some league's issue with switching to Median Scoring. We are in this boat where some of our league members want to switch to Median Scoring, but the majority still do not. However, more or us (like myself) would be more inclined to switching if there was an option where the Median Score per week could be valued and 1/2 pt instead of 1 pt, which is the only option for now.

This would enable leagues to have the option! Keep the 1 point for a H2H win and then select whether they want to do the full 1 point for the MPS side of each week or go down to 1/2 point for MPS like we would do for our league.

This has been a hot topic of debate on our group chat, and I have been pushing for the 1/2 point side, but the argument I run up against is that it is not an option in Yahoo scoring so we would have to do it manually, which is totally valid.

I went out a limb on the chat and said that I would email y'all "over and over" again until I can make some change happen. I am hopeful that in the backend of your system, enabling an option to select "1 point or 1/2 point" MPS would not require a whole lot of labor or time.

Please get back to me on this request and your convenience, and I hope that this is something that could help not only our league, but many other leagues in offering a reduced version of MPS scoring that would still make the H2H win more valuable while still providing the benefit of the season long team's scoring perfomance aspect with picking up 1/2 points for MPS each week.

If no one has written in about this previously and you agree to make this happen, it would be fun if I could be involved in the naming for this set up of scoring that is hybrid model of the original MPS system!
