  1. Provide some way to contact you when none your help suggestions work and you have lost access to your email account.

    I lost access to my email because Rogers doesn't support Yahoo any more. I had to re-enter my password on the Yahoo website but none of the passwords worked. I had 2 recovery options but one was a mobile phone number that I changed a few years back and forgot to change it with Yahoo. The second option was home phone number but because we changed providers and went with Rogers we no longer receive text on our home phone. I have tried the number provided by yahoo but it was only automated and wouldn't work. I have tried every…

  3. Better tech support

    I am locked out of one of my yahoo accounts which is directly related to my Apple ID. I have called tech support dozens of times and can not get a human being on the phone. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!

  4. have a support team

    There is no way of contacting Yahoo if one has a problem. I tried using "contact us" option and the only 2 options are to complain about spam or harm to minors. Is there no chat option or an email address for support? Is there support team? the only option I've found of possibly contacting yahoo is this suggestion feedback area which is sad.

  6. Back up email

    I no longer have the back up email that was used as a contingency for my wife’s email at dmdawe@@yahoo.com. I had been using Glenn.dawe@sympatico.ca Sympatic was our email service provider at that time but no longer offers email to us.
    As such, she is having trouble logging onto her email and unable to change her password since the back up email address is not valid any longer. How can she regain access to her email?

  11. Restore comments with each article on Yahoo.

    Yahoo had a feature of Comments with each story, a long time ago. Then Yahoo brought back the comments for a very short time and then removed that feature again.

    I would love to see that feature brought back. Many times I'd love to comment on the daily news articles. Also, we were able to banter with other Yahoo readers.

    Yahoo never explained why Yahoo removed the comments feature.

    Can Yahoo see to it to restore that feature again.... on a permanent basis.

    There has to be a way to make this viable.

  12. Why can I not choose my news sources on the home page?

    I am not keen on seeing so many biased news sources on the home page. Why is there no option for me to block those news outlets I am not interested in? While I support the idea of offering different opinions on a subject, especially politics, I draw the line when a publication engages in constant one-sided bashing. I would like to have some control over the Rogers Yahoo home page, otherwise you will not see me using it much longer. Thank you.

  16. Ditch the opinion pieces

    A lot of people take opinions as fact, which is not a good thing. Especially when the opinions post always seem to lead to one side. Do a solid and remove opinion pieces as they do not belong mixed in news articles.

    The news items have so many mistakes (spelling, etc.).
    Today, about the oldest woman. The headline says she is 155, but the article says she is 115 years old.
    Every day so many mistakes. Does no one use spellcheck or proofread anymore??
