  1. Does Yahoo still have (1) a calendar; and (2) my contacts list??

    Where are they? Why are they impossible to find? And, WHY DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO USER VOICE (WHATEVER THAT IS??) TO SEND A MESSAGE LIKE THIS TO YOU????

    This is the crazy s**t that is so very discouraging to have to go through to get simple questions answered!!!

  2. Free text a problem

    I am trying to free text a problem. Has not worked so far. Actually, I need help with this problem:
    I can no longer send email. I cannot see the box at the bottom of the screen. I have tried multiple times to be sure that size is not the problem. I cannot get it to show up, even after reboot, etc.

  4. Comments not working

    I am signed in but when I try to post a comment it is telling me to sign in. So I keep hitting the sign in button and it just keeps going to log/sign in. And it isn't my computer as it is only 2 weeks old

  5. Empty trash problem

    I tried to purge old emails. That resulted in 345.000 trashed emails. I am UNABLE TO DELETE THEM! I tried to empty completely, then a year at a time — nothing works. And yahoo is asking me to add storage space. I don’t want to!! I just want to empty the trash folder. HELP!!! I’ll have to stop using my yahoo account if I can’t fix this!

  6. If I comment on an article, than someone replies to my comment, I cannot reply to them, why not??

  8. Restore being able to move items from the SENT box to the INBOX

    There's no way to restore a SENT email into the INBOX so we can keep track of things we're working on! This is horrible! Please fix asap!

  10. Advertisement is limiting the focus

    I see your advertisement which are flashing on the right side of the mail box is something which frustrates me. Every then and now the ads are changing and flashing up which is limiting my focus on reading the mails. I don't know the marketing strategy of yours. But mailbox should be less distractive and more engaging within its feature. You should put the notepad option handy within that box instead opening it in new tab. And handle the advertisement in a way which distract less.

  11. Stop blocking people, you don't agree with

    Yahoo is blocking my comments, now, other times , after I post all other comments stop. At times they shadow ban me. I have turned off my phone. Log out. So it is you at yahoo

  14. Show the spam mails in the spam folder

    For some weeks now, my Spam folder is always empty... normally this would not be a problem, but I have a particular client whose mails always get swept there. Now I can't tell if he has written to me or not. Please fix.

  15. Help to reinstat Account that was Removed Suspended by Yahoo.com

    My Yahoo Account nico8@yahoo.com was suspended and deactivated by Yahoo, I relied on My Yahoo Account Big Time, it is my Account I have my Google, Gmails and Microsoft Accounts reports to if I need to recover, I'm have been locked out of all my other Accounts and need to recover from my Yahoo Account but it was turmenated without worning, please reinstate it please it is also to dificalt to find a way to ask for help and relating to this respect I gould not find a solution to address this sort of problem within Yourself Help Service ❤️😎…

  17. Stop Charging

    My idea is stop charging for services that use to be free. I had my phone and computer stolen and Now I can't access my account though yahoo. It keeps looping me around and I get no where. I should charge you for the time you wasted of mine. Just help out people and don't be so greedy! You use to be my favorite email but it looks like I am going to delete my other accounts and find a new one but it is a shame because I have been a loyal customer for many years.
