New email needs work
New email doesn't allow me to access my settings tab nor can I access my lists in contacts to send a group email. No side bar allowing me to go below area to access settings tab. Please help.

Get a live person to help out with our issues.
Your "Help" page doesn't help. In fact, you only help those you want to help. I called your "premium" help line and got a hospital of some sort. This for simply trying to add my new number to my account. Your system is NOT allowing me to add my new phone number. Nor does your system help with the process. Since last night I grew very frustrated with your ****** system. I can only imagine how others with more complicated issues feel. Get your ******* act together and help out with the process.

I only use Yahoo mail because COX gave you all of our e-mail accounts and forced us to use Yahoo. I use Microsoft Outlook to access my e-mails from your server. I don't want or need your stupid interface. Now you are going to put storage limits on accounts ?95th ranked -

You guys have to update your policies and procedures. I’m just trying to find out what happened to all my emails from before 2015. The articles don’t help, the help agents don’t help, the chat bots don’t help, the managers don’t help. You guys need a complete audit from head to toe.

The search for existing issues doesn't appear to work at all. Not allowing users to see the status of any issue is one of the worst ways to treat users. You rolled out a new version of Yahoo! I hope you can recover the missing email from 2-3 years back. I wonder how my emails are getting lost from my inbox. I did not delete or move them. I don't see them anymore in my folder. It contains receipt and documents that are important.

Two things - When I compose an email, it is double-spaced.I want single spacing.You replied & asked my browser (Edge)
When I compose an email, reply or print it is double-spaced. Want single. You replied and asked browser. Don't know how to reply. I'm on Microsoft edge on a desktop. PLEASE let me get back to single-spaced email when I compose. I am not hitting enter twice (which you suggested might be an issue).
