  5. fix this problem

    You have made it very hard to ask you a question. My question is why the comments on articles will not load. Also, when I am notified in email of a response to a comment I have made (when comments worked) clicking on reply takes me to article but then I have to wade through hundreds of comments to find the one I am replying too???

  13. Suggest going to Google to find help with Yahoo

    Can't find answer on yahoo help site, so went to Google and found answer. I wonder is Google offers email? They seem to have answers to fix problems at the ready.
    Yahoo was no help in my problem with my Yahoo account. Why?
    Google had the answer for free.
    Yahoo had no answer on it's help site.
    This is not good. I'd say stupid.

    You can improve by fixing the help option on the help screen and fixing the chat. On the help screen, when you click HELP a box pops up with a drop down that has no options to select from and it wont close when you tap the X. You can also fix this screen and allow for screen shot uploads. The chat just keeps asking if you want help but doesn't provide assistance.     Ii tried signing in my Yahoo email bu t forgot my password and it asked to send me a text with a code to either my cell which I chose and it didn't,or a recovery emaill which I got in with but it also had my phone number from this phone on what's app,which I never had made an account on...can someone help me with that or tell me what to do because then someone else is using my number on that app with my account and number it ain't me

  19. GET RID OF THE NEW VERIFICATION CODES

    I can not sign in to my accounts without a code sent to another e-mail. Your code never comes! My browser clears everything when closed. I do not keep your cookies. I suppose I have lost two of my three yahoo accounts. THANKS FOR THE 'IMPROVEMENTS'!!!

  20. Email Filters

    Even though it says the filter is created after you add a new email filter, it apparently isn't saved until you move off the screen. I lost dozens of filters created over several days when I refreshed the page because a newly created folder wasn't showing when trying to add a new filter.
