Contact a Yahoo Specialist not working
I attempted to access Help Centre to lodge a feedback but after i chose "contact a yahoo specialist", the option redirects back to the first page. Please anyone fix this!

Hi yahoo i have been a user for over 20 yrs and sold on your auction site until you shut it down.I think with all the negative feedback im hearing about EBAY,Yahoo would do very well to start it back up,tons of new folks coming to your site (advertisers would love that ) and if you just charge a very small fee ( it was free when i used it ),i think you would generate a huge new cash flow.Please start up yahoo auctions again ( and hoopefully i can get my 3000 A+ ratings back PLEASE ( smile)

plase leave your yahoo page alone,why is it everybody wants too change something when not needed. i guess its because google owns you now,
leave the old yahoo for those who like it,the new version has too much razzle dazzle envolved, i wont be happy when you force us too except the new version,but who cares right?

Every "help" page or security site has a change your password option it is impossible to find a change your phone number option on any site

Revamp Email
With the yahoo basic email, users "should" be able to use the email without out the intense amount of spam and sexual emails. I receive them straight in my Inbox, no pretense of filtering.
You said that 99% spam is caught. That number is no where near correct, unless there is about 1,000 a day. I have opened my Inbox to have at least 20 or so spam emails. My Spam Folder continues to be filled daily. Whatever filter or perimeters yahoo is using, it simply is not working. I am a senior person, have limited income and cannot pay…61st ranked -
You have me living in New Jersey. I am in PA.
Have someone to correct your mistakes for free instead of charging for your mistakes. Not everyone has a smart phone and is computer savy. I am not encouraged with Yahoo.

yahoo sucks I can not open links from my yahoo email anymore--VERY ANNOYING
If I receive an email from yahoo , I expect to have the link open when I clickmon it. Instead I get a circle that goes round a d round and does not load. I got a new modem and had cable here to troubleshoot. The problem is YAHOO.

Identify reasons for blocking comments
I get "Your comment failed to publish.

I am totally sick of getting ads from QVC, dentists, beauty, etc that I DO NOT WANT and can’t unsubscribe! I totally resent this!
Get rid of the constant ads that have no ‘unsubscribe’ button or else I’ll get rid of the Cox email that I have had for 30 years!!!

Response times slow and agents not knowing enough about Yahoo to help fix problems is a big problem.
Yahoo plus just signed up for service cannot use for some strange reason. Agent could not help me . Waiting for response from another unknowable agent. Not good business at all.

I cannot delete emails, the screen parameters are out of proportion, older emails titles etc., om the email page are now gray lines in each column; I can't respond to emails. Frontier merging
Frontier merging with yahoo locked my email account and I have not been able to get into it since March 18th. I have spent combined hours with whomever you have hired to help and I have been given nothing but the runaround. I cannot access vital information from my Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the kids school emails, nothing. It shouldn't take an act of congress to reinstate my password. I am very upset with Yahoo for the non help.
