  6. Spam

    We have been getting a great deal of spam e-mails daily for the past month. It is very annoying having to go to each e-mail and put them into the spam folder and then they come back to our inbox, again and again.
    I am sure there is a spam filer that you can use to stop these.

  7. Account security

    I recently got a new home phone number and about 3 months ago got a cell phone (which has it own different phone number) I want to add these to my yahoo e-mail account-but a message pops up that they are "unsupported."I tried to set up up other e-maill accounts (g-mail and aol.com) but they also state that these numbers are "unsupported".Can it be possible that any number at Spectrum and Consumer Cellular can't be used? Please advise me what to do. I have no way to verify my account if I get locked. out of it. JDF5851@yahoo.com

  8. creating an app password does not work/

    Trying to set up pop or imap connection to yahoo.com.

    My web password works from Chrome but not from MS Outlook. I presume you require an app specific password.

    Your procedure from creating an app password fails with a message along the lines of "this account is not allowed to create an app password" with no further elaboration. A bit of googling finds tons of complaints from people in the same situation.

    Please fix it or explain what one has to do to predictably create an app passwoed.

  10. I am posting this complaint!

    I have no new idea except the fact that I was not previously informed or notified that my NORDVPN account would be discontinued. I am perfectly fine with the account and wish to continue my subscription to NORDVPN. I originally subscribed to NORDVPN to help protect my Yahoo account from scams and other undesired online interruptions. I do not want it summarily discontinued without my insistence.   12. Fix you comment section

    I have a "problem" with the comment section on stories on your website. Yahoo has decided that I have a "political" stance which they wish to censor. Any comment that I make is automatically rejected and any appeals are denied. These appeals are NOT being seen by any person. Comments like "please see your doctor about this;" or "I hope these poor people survive;" or a quote directly from the story CAN NOT possibly violate any of yahoo's standards. I've spoken to your customer service people. No help could be offered. How can this be rectified?

    When some message requires retrieving due to multiple factors...
