  5. Problems with the email

    The email account is not functioning properly and I think it might be because of that new game you added to the program. Tab lines are being deleted from the first page on the email after you select a certain type of email. When you go back the tabs for Priority, Subscriptions, Social, etc.. do not come back up I have to close the browser and come back in to the email to see the tabs again. In the Trash been I do not have the availability to delete multiple emails with one click or rather 2 because the tab…

  6. Help Chat Assistant does NOT work! (does NOT provide ANY content it states it will)

    Your Chat Assistant does not follow through after correctly confirming my issue, and stating that it will now provide articles and troubleshooting the issue.
    Nothing happens after it says it will show me help articles, ending in 'is there any other issues?'

    It says "I'll focus on providing information related to this specific issue."
    But it does not do anything after that. I even looked at the background page to see if it had changed in any way to show those articles, it does not...

    I tried every possible combination of 'no', 'only the such and such issue' or 'help…

    Also **** your stupid ******* policies as well. :/ Now I cannot access specific things because I deleted those accounts and cannot retrieve them because of the stupid policies and thus cannot retrieve anything originally tied to them WHICH BELONGED TO ME BTW.

    I can understand why yahoo makes it difficult to do just about anything. Probably be inundated with irate people. Your home page is rife with false advertising and advertising that has outright lies as lead ins. Shame on yahoo and the people who allow this to happen.

  12. Widen your scope of help on your 1 800 number

    I haven't been able to use the comment section at the end of the articles for about a month. I have tried every single 'help' suggestion and even bought a new computer...nothing worked. Then when I told her I had tried everything she told me my problem was 'out of her scope' and referred me to this specific site which is bogus because I see that no one will monitor it "for any support-related issues" and refers me back to the help site which was not helpful.   16. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

    We paid call service to reset a password( where it should’ve not been the yahoo user fault because the verification code on back up account is not sending to the email. ) and the process took an hour. The customer service doesn’t even respect customer’s time, we hardly understand them and giving repetitive information that’s already mentioned which prolonged the conversation

    When I am typing a comment, some video or slideshow feature on the page resets the page and I can't type without clicking at the end of my comment text. This happens every few seconds.

    Stop interrupting my comment.

  19. Notifications aren't being shown

    Edit: How on earth is this supposed to be useful? Notifications on Yahoo comments are showing "no notifications yet"; "start interacting with others...etc" but the notification bell shows reactions. It's been like this for 2 days. The other issue is when I look at my comments & try to return to the articles, it won't return to the articles. The page I'm currently on has not loaded properly, either. Also, there aren't help pages for these issues. This page is not monitored for help with issues? How is one supposed to get help with issues with the website?
