  4. Make it easier to ask a question and receive an answer. Your home page is rife with false advertising and outright lies that you should be

    I can understand why yahoo makes it difficult to do just about anything. Probably be inundated with irate people. Your home page is rife with false advertising and advertising that has outright lies as lead ins. Shame on yahoo and the people who allow this to happen.

  5. Widen your scope of help on your 1 800 number

    I haven't been able to use the comment section at the end of the articles for about a month. I have tried every single 'help' suggestion and even bought a new computer...nothing worked. Then when I told her I had tried everything she told me my problem was 'out of her scope' and referred me to this specific site which is bogus because I see that no one will monitor it "for any support-related issues" and refers me back to the help site which was not helpful.   9. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

    We paid call service to reset a password( where it should’ve not been the yahoo user fault because the verification code on back up account is not sending to the email. ) and the process took an hour. The customer service doesn’t even respect customer’s time, we hardly understand them and giving repetitive information that’s already mentioned which prolonged the conversation

    When I am typing a comment, some video or slideshow feature on the page resets the page and I can't type without clicking at the end of my comment text. This happens every few seconds.

    Stop interrupting my comment.

  12. Notifications aren't being shown

    Edit: How on earth is this supposed to be useful? Notifications on Yahoo comments are showing "no notifications yet"; "start interacting with others...etc" but the notification bell shows reactions. It's been like this for 2 days. The other issue is when I look at my comments & try to return to the articles, it won't return to the articles. The page I'm currently on has not loaded properly, either. Also, there aren't help pages for these issues. This page is not monitored for help with issues? How is one supposed to get help with issues with the website?

    I want to know WHY? I continue to be locked out of my account, when I do not "SIGN OUT"? It will not let me do the two step sign in, says my number and name is NOT recognized! Nor my phone number which all worked fine until about a month ago! I have no way to check anything in my account, no preferences, etc. WHAT GIVES?     Robot loops around after barely acknowledging my issue and the only other option is to pay to actually talk to a real person? Now, I am frustrated from my initial issue and even more frustrated that I cannot express my displeasure to an actual person. You guys are not even trying.

    I have read the instructions to get back to the former yahoo! page becuase the new layout is awful.
    but I do not have anything in the upper right corner of my account that shows how to get back to the former layout.
    Please don't tell me to the upper right corner and click on anything because NOTHING IS IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS NEW YAHOO! LAYOUT.

  18. You have 13 ringtones delete them

    I keep on getting in my file 13 ringtones from Yahoo You've got Mail with different tones I do not want them I delete them every time I open up Yahoo they come back again take them off my site I don't want to see those ridiculous ringtones again I do not use them.

    You're censoring ALL my posts, why?
    You claim not to censor, but you do when I reply to someone and say "have a nice day" or I make a direct post responding to an article. You think blackballing someone is the answer because you disagree with what they say?
    Maybe I should write and article about how I feel about Yahoo doing this and place it on my website. Don't worry, I'll refer to the name Yahoo and be certain to post your exact "methodology" surrounding your guidelines.
