  2. Stop Charging

    My idea is stop charging for services that use to be free. I had my phone and computer stolen and Now I can't access my account though yahoo. It keeps looping me around and I get no where. I should charge you for the time you wasted of mine. Just help out people and don't be so greedy! You use to be my favorite email but it looks like I am going to delete my other accounts and find a new one but it is a shame because I have been a loyal customer for many years.

  5. Get a live person to help out with our issues.

    Your "Help" page doesn't help. In fact, you only help those you want to help. I called your "premium" help line and got a hospital of some sort. This for simply trying to add my new number to my account. Your system is NOT allowing me to add my new phone number. Nor does your system help with the process. Since last night I grew very frustrated with your ****** system. I can only imagine how others with more complicated issues feel. Get your ******* act together and help out with the process.

    My phone number (+39 329 916 3966) is still active, and I can receive SMS or WhatsApp messages.

  7. You can provide a FREE contact phone number.

    How about an easy way to contact a human for FREE !
    I only use Yahoo mail because COX gave you all of our e-mail accounts and forced us to use Yahoo. I use Microsoft Outlook to access my e-mails from your server. I don't want or need your stupid interface. Now you are going to put storage limits on accounts ?

    You guys have to update your policies and procedures. I’m just trying to find out what happened to all my emails from before 2015. The articles don’t help, the help agents don’t help, the chat bots don’t help, the managers don’t help. You guys need a complete audit from head to toe.

    Your unwanted "AI" is abuse. Instead of a site actually being there like it once was when I clicked on it...now your little "going around and around and around" just wastes time, does nothing positive....and may or may not actually appear.

  10. The Yahoo! Feedback website is totally inadequate - it needs an update

    The Yahoo! Feedback site is awful. -- yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/
    The search for existing issues doesn't appear to work at all. Not allowing users to see the status of any issue is one of the worst ways to treat users. You rolled out a new version of Yahoo! Mail, which I think is not much of an upgrade, and your mechanism for collecting feedback is inadequate and frustrating.

  11. Recover lost/missing emails

    I hope you can recover the missing email from 2-3 years back. I wonder how my emails are getting lost from my inbox. I did not delete or move them. I don't see them anymore in my folder. It contains receipt and documents that are important.

    I’ve had this email account for 25 YEARS. Apass2000@yahoo.com
    Friday May 19, 2025 emails stopped coming to my email account.
    25 years and any associated phone numbers are long gone. Attempting
    to retrieve anything without those phone numbers is impossible.

    Called the pay for help center. After information was exchanged, which.
    was a grueling experience it came to Driver License photo verification.
    The most ridiculous process I’ve ever experienced.
    “Allow access to camera” “focus front side” ok good “flip over to back side” “scan back side”
    No good,,process all over again starting with going back to access code, NO GOOD…
