Provide accurate 'help' information and make it possible to actually contact a real person. Perhaps add an on-line chat option like other companies do.

Have a viable 'contact us' feature. What you currently have is useless
Your 'contact us' link is laughable. Doubt anybody gets any real answers from that waste of space. None of the catagories ever fit the answer I am looking for.

Horrible help site
It is impossible to get a specific question answered. I have tried the contact us button but that only takes me back to the original help page, The Chat assistant is useless. It is very frustrating that I have spent 30 minutes trying to find an answer to where an email is that has nothing to do with restoration. I still do not have an answer! Thinking of leaving Yahoo if it is going to be like this.

Your help site is the worst!!
I’ve spent the last hour trying to figure out why I can’t reset my password. I’ve tried to talk to the robot and he keeps trying to get me to call you all, but I don’t wanna subscribe and pay 4.99$! I the password reset center keeps say “uh oh try again later” and I don’t know what to do so if anyone can help me please do since Yahoo! Is incapable of helping me! And I’m using one of My other account to post this but the one that’s locked I need help with!

Bring back the comments section
Is the management at yahoo so worried that people will read the comments section which almost always is contrary to the underling idea of the main article. Yahoo have some courage and reopen the comments.

When commenting on news stories, words commenters type are being censored for the letter combination of A followed by two S's.
Stop censoring normal words in comments. You've been censoring words such as "classroom" because of the series of letters in the center of the word.

There seems to be NO HELP
HELP and CUSTOMER CARE.. an oxymoron if there ever was one. I have been having log in issues and have reset my passwords to no avail. I cannot get through to Customer or Yahoo Pro for assistance. All I get is the questionable opportunity to listen to a LOUD, ANNOYING excuse for music and repeated whining about COVID-19. We know it's a problem, we know you're under-staffed, just DELETE the unnecessary music (?) and announcements and let us peacefully wait in silence ((maybe an occasional SOFT beep). Your Help Centre does not allow us to forward an appeal to a wrongful deletion of an answer on yahoo answers.com
I've tried clicking on the 'Contact Us' option to no avail; and it isn't directing us to anyone who can help or allow us to submit an appeal... also tried to share with Live Chat, and it doesn't respond with the proper criteria to help with this issue. Are the technicians yahoo hires to maintain site sufficiency aware of this problem?

it doesn't even have anywhere to submit a technical support ticket on Yahoo! Please add that feature.
Add a feature to report specific te3chnical support issues. When I click in the box to select an email to move it, it just opens it instead, the buttons don't function to submit, star, or follow any of the commands it just freezes. It wouldn't copy and paste my message nor save it as a draft, so I lost ot when I refreshed and had to start over. Refresh and logging out and back in Yahoo doesn't work. Even restarting the whole computer doesn't work because it's Yahoo's fault and not the internet or computer. Only yahoo does this to…
