Fix my email account
I have contacted Customer Care on several occasions regarding an ad that keeps popping up on my email. Why are you not taking care of this?? It's your email that is causing this ad. Please remove or send me a fix for removing these ads. Gary

Stop catering to right wing wackos.
I've been a yahoo user for at least 25 years and up until this year I didn't have issues with anything. But since I started getting right wing nonsense on my newsfeed I've been using it less and less. Now that you have changed the comments format I will likely just stop coming to view the news. allowing these right wing extremists to post without being able to give them a thumbs down for their hateful nonsense allows them to push their views to the top of the comment section instead of at the bottom where it belongs. It's disappointing…

Help!
I need customer support. I can’t get into two of my email accounts. Both of those accounts has each of them as their recovery email. Therefore, when I get a verification code sent to one email, I can’t sign into it to get the verification code because then it tells me to go to the other email to get a verification code. I cannot get into either of them. I also can’t get a hold of a person to help me with this I need help. I need access to my emails.

Please restore upvote/downvote functionality for article comments.
Removal of the upvote/downvote system, with the ONLY option now to "like" a post, or simply do nothing, is a mistake. It amplifies content regardless of its value, and gives inappropriate weight to negative/hateful comments that would otherwise get downvoted into oblivion with the old system. I really hope you reconsider this change; if I wanted Facebook-style features, I'd join Facebook.

this is probably the 100th time I have asked. Please remove the daily beast from my news feed. Really, they are so far out on left feed, I cant even read their headlines any longer. Horrible writing, messy articles, out and out lies, so yeah please remove them from my feed.

Ads that look like emails losing you customers
I really despise the ads that you post that look like emails. It's not even clickbait, but total trickery. unethical. It's pushing me toward switching to another brand. I liked yahoo because of it's simplicity and robust experience. I understand the need for ads and I can manage that. But some of your ads are suspicious and nefarious looking. I avoid them with more care. But now you are adding fake email looking ads that I click to check the box and remove, much like the spam ads that you allow. This is highly unethical. Less ads taking up most of the screen area.
I have finally given up on trying to read the news articles that I pick. I have a 27" monitor and I can't read what I want to because of all the ads covering most of the screen area. If I try and close some of the ads they will take me to another page and delete the page I was trying to read. This is totally ridiculous. I will try finding another place to read general news information.
