Morningstar lists a dividend on 9/19/16 of $0.282/share, Yahoo shows none. Additionally, Yahoo shows the same $0.793 dividend for both 12/19/14 and 12/22/14.

You are correct. VSGAX is also missing its 19-Sep-2016 dividend of $0.108.
