Can't email support
OMG pulling my hair out. Now the 'contact us' does not even work. Went here as directed; https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=recommended&locale=en_US&y=PROD_FIN
Try to send an email to a support specialist. Fill in all the blanks, answer the captcha, hit send. Get the error ‘Entered YID should match with signed in YID ‘. Since Yahoo helpfully? filled in my Yahoo id for me, and made the box grey for me so I can’t change it, now its not matching.
I didn’t enter the YID, yahoo did. Thanks for nothing.
