Why does yahoo allow its message boards to be used for malicious stock manipulation?

Why are you allowing naked shorting counterfeiters to spread fake news to rob honest investors.
For example the aim immunotech message board is totally in controll of a criminal manipulation group their criminal tradingalgorth is directly connected to the lies the post.
