Lithimum production requirments
A guest on Yahoo Finance Live on 2/16 stated "we will need 40 times the lithium being produced today", well, maybe, maybe not.
IF the EVs we build are all going to be monster truck-sized vehicles, sure, but we neither need to nor should do that.
If we're to meet zero carbon goals we need fewer & smaller cars, more E-bikes (~1500 miles/gallon equivalent), more public transit & denser/walkable communities.
