Cannot scroll down on home page or my portfolio pages. Cannot get any information. All screens are stuck at the top of the page. How can you help? Do you even care? Will you respond? Will you fix my problem?

Me too. The menu frame "slides" down as I scroll down the page and as soon as that menu frame is visible it drags the bottom frame back to the top negating my scroll. If I drag the right scroll bar down the menu frame appears again and TRYS to reset the bottom frame to the top but only moves it half way to the top negating my work that the scroll bar is doing. We NEED an option to permanantly hide that menu frame. It's broken.
