Restore legacy charts for all users/browsers/accounts.
The user experience with the new charts is horrible. Fortunately, Firefox still allows me to use the legacy experience but Edge forces use of the new charts.
Issues/Bugs with new charts:
* Legacy charts not possible if using Edge.
* New charts always default to 1 minute interval? Why?
* Missing time intervals. Where did 15 min go?
* Volume column rendering is horrendous -- gives me double vision. We can do with a simple bar.
* Night theme is completely unreadable in any condition.
* Extended hours never works correctly -- oftentimes extended hours data shows on daily chart even though it's disabled.
* Floating tooltip rendering looks like 1999. Geez.
* Please add a link to navigate from a chart to the corresponding ticker main page.
