new version is a real klunker, it slows everthing down and is not workable
why are we forced to use this instead of the the classic version which is real workable? -

new Yahoo Finance layout is awful. Not efficient for users.
Bring back the Classic View or at least give users the option for it !!!

Throw the new format in the garbage and fire everyone involved in it.

I'm in the bring back classic view camp too. If we must move forward with new designs, please provide users with the ability to customize the new page, including deletion and addition of ticker related data. Classic view had an easy to read at-a-glance view of ticker info. Now the geniuses at Yahoo, stuffed info across two lines per ticker which makes it to busy looking. So, no more at-a-glance. Until a satisfactory solution is developed, please give us an option to switch back to classic view.

Whoever changed portfolios, (he's obviously not an investor), is incompetent and should be fired. Most of my information has been wiped out. Please go back to the old format.

This change is a huge disappointment.
Wasted screen space, lack of flexibility, old capabilities are gone.
Just terrible.

I get trying something new. I like new. You tried it and CLEARLY destroyed the experience. Allowing users to go back to Classic was awesome. What have you done?!?!?! Unusable in its current, new state. Please bring back option to revert back to an AWESOME product.

I don't like the new page, and it no longer lets me go back to classic. I will start migrating to Google finance.

Right on ! If YAHOO does not give me the option to switch back to the CLASSIC view, I am going to switch away to for good.

What's with the ranking of comments? Is this some type of childish game? Grow up Yahoo! Your future is right here before your eyes. Take action!

The "new" format is terrible, unorganized and sloppy. At least give users the option to use the old interface versus this garbage.

Bring back the classic version to users as an option . The new version is nor matured and/or designed well to serve users.
1. unable to scale all the indicators properly,
2. screens shaking ,
3. can not move the graphic chart freely on the interactive chart most
of the time .
4. can not adjust the spacing among indicators, RSI ,MACD , ect..5. FIRE the HEAD of this team and WHOEVER creates the idea of
switching the classic version to the new one . Make them
responsible for this mess.6. endless of complains about the new version.

The new Yahoo Finance web site is so slow............Not worth the time to wait for it to load different watchlists and portfolios. What happened to a useful finance page that was easy to navigarte and use.
It's a shame this version got approved and by whom. Certainly not Yahoo users.
Yahoo developers should listen to their users, after all that's supposedly who the web sitwe is for....ooops just remembered it's abou the advertisers..... that's why it's so slow to load, too many video ads. -

Yahoo sees users as the enemy. He ignores people and erases their voices.

There were a total of 2000 negative reviews and comments. Where are they? Why was there no public response? Thousands of people have written their experience here. You ignore people. You don't care about them at all! Shame!
-
Gab commented
Shame on you!
yahoo deleted 2,000 negative reviews. Because they were all about dissatisfaction with the new waste? Are you ashamed of it? Why do you have 2,000 comments that are 100% negative about the new look. Unusability, user unfriendliness, clutter, absent features that were previously on yahoo, slow response, faulty display and so on.

A couple of more things: I work with a 23" screen and making the window full screen does not give me any more information just wider margins. Also, by making the font smaller no additional information is visible. These are obvious quirks that no one even considered to fix before releasing.

The previous screen was much better. This one does not allow one to see all columns of interest about a stock without going to the bottom and scrolling over, and then you can't see the titles without scrolling up. Too aggravating. The previous one was IDEAL.
