THis is the worst format ever. Why is it that changes are made, without consulting those that use the site ??

who is the idiot that designed this ****. i can't sort by column. the column on the right takes too much space i cannot see the columns I selected for each stock. Cannot create the columns i want. It's complete ****. BRING BACK THE LAST VERSION NOW. why not send out a test program and let us critique instead of just forcing this BS on us.

I don't know what you did but the new format is unstable. It appears you forced everyone to go to the new format. It takes several tries to get to the bottom of my portfolio page. Additionally, where did the upcoming events pull down disappear to? I've looked on each page. It's gone. For my premarket view, I can only sort on %change in one direction which means I have to scroll to the bottom to see the stocks that declined. Why change something that was working?

Someone else mentioned that there is a link on the bottom right of the page to go back to the classic view and it worked!

Horrible new format, missing many of the helpful functions and details from Classic. And by the way, you need to fix the reported bugs in Classic too.

Forced to use the "new" yahoo finance. Why is everything so compact and tiny? Where are my holdings/gains when I visit the page of a ticker? Per usual, a company changing for the sake of changing and ruin everything. Trash

no more changes to Yahoo Finance, PLEASE!!! investors want consistency and not constant change. we want our data, THERE-WHERE WE EXPECT IT, not over here today and then over there tomorrow. Just stop! There is a reason Yahoo Finance was the go-to site for retail investors. Your constant changes are going to change that before too long. Everyone I talk to is saying the same thing. We're all just waiting for another site (app) to come along and we'll be jumping ship. You are not listening to your customers and some day soon it'll come back around to bite you.

This new format is completely unusable. The spreadsheet for my holdings has no place for the number of shares. Also, as far as I can tell, any buying or selling requires one to leave the spreadsheet entirely to do it. It seems to me that the goal was to change something that worked beautiful to something that is so awkward and poorly designed, that after 25 years, I will no longer be using Yahoo to keep track of my assets. How anyone with an accounting background can allow this is remarkable. Anyone who thought this was a great format should be fired. Goodbye.

New format (as of week of Nov. 18th 2024) sucks! Why is this being forced upon website users/subscribers? If the format isn't changed back or users aren't given the option of using the prior/better version, I will be spending less time on YahooFinance, and probably will stop visiting entirely. Everybody with YahooFinance who did this change and approved it should be fired. Clearly, they are trying to justify their existence. Yahoo can save $ and keep customers happier by firing the idiots involved with this "upgrade", which is absolutely a downgrade.

I agree 100%! New format & layout sucks. Too many annoying changes to even attempt to describe. Everybody who was involved with the new format and approved it should be fired. Clearly they are trying to justify their existance by "doing someting" which is making YahooFinance (much) worse! If the format/layout doesn't change back, I will be spending less time on the site.
