new layout stinks and is difficult to read

if you want to force an unnecessary change, at least be sure the existing formats fit on a screen without need for a slider. and your feedback system also sucks

I totally agree. Came in this morning and thought the webpage crashed while loading because it looked so terrible. Please change it back!!

Revert to the form of a year ago for all aspects of the site and work more with the users before you make ANY changes.

On the Finance-Stocks-Losers page please rollback the recent changes you have made. I can no longer set up filters. The Dock is a bad idea, It needs to go or have option to turn off or resize

Currently, the right pane displays indices charts, etc. that was on the top of the screen before. I'd like to be able to fold the right pane as needed. It often blocks partial of the charts. It's very annoying.
Also, the new design often failed to load the chart (empty screen). However, you hide the "old way" (hard to find the link) now. I wonder if you can let the both co-exist for bit longer time until the new totally operates smoothly. -

The old Portfolio had all the info I needed in one place. Now it's scattered between different views, if it's there at all.
- The Total Gain on individual transactions is blank. Yet another view has Total Gain and Day Gain in percentage.
- To make it worse, when a holding is expanded to see the individual transactions, the "Transactions" and "Share Lots" tabs don't necessarily display them in the same order, making it even harder to easily see all the data for a transaction.
- Why is a Trade Date required? I had "transactions" where I update the quantity to account for reinvested dividends. Or others that were bought over a range of dates. No Trade Date entered... no gains displayed.I could go on, but I would just be echoing the sea of complaints.
After looking around for a day, I started looking for a way to revert back to the old Portfolio.I will look around for another portfolio tracker.

I can't enter CASH dollar amount in 2.0. Now I can't enter it in the classic version and have the amount show up in the total. Why did you have to ruin a perfectly good portfolio? I'm complained before and my complaint was ignored. Now looking for alternatives to Yahoo Finance Portfolio. LISTEN AND FIX IT!

I don't like the new look of YahooFinance at all, I personally prefer the classic one, so please keep the option to choose whether to use one or the other. I have alway used Yahoo Finance and now it's a matter of habit and above all, practicality.
Many users like me don't like that you change and update the graphics of products that we always use every day... not everyone likes changes!!
So please always keep the option to choose and customize instead of doing like many companies that updates without asking.

You should be able to view this information by accessing https://finance.yahoo.com/portfolios and clicking the "My Holdings" option. If you are not currently seeing this option, I suggest that you clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try to access the previous link again.

It seems the advanced chart is saving the indicators in a cookie rather than in the account somewhere.
I have to set up my indicators a new every time i log in to yahoo finance.
This is beyond annoying. The only place where the indicators are reliably saved is on the mobile app.
Please make the advanced chart save indicators etc save reliably, even if I decline cookies. It makes the webversion obsolete to use for me. -

It is just so disappointing that you have changed your very helpful portfolio which updated every market day, and we were able to add or subtract our number of shares. I know it is a free site, but I have used it for years to track my portfolio, and now there is no way for me to update my shares. I wish you could take it back to its useful form.

I thought there was a feature--maybe it was the old finance version before 2.0, or maybe it was during the transition period, that I found very useful. While I have 4 different portfolios that I update, this feature worked on the main page, that showed the entire portfolio amount. But, it basically consoldiated all shares and holdings info for each stock or mutual fund. So, if I had APPL in my wifes 401k, my Roth, or traditionlal accts, and other APPL shares in regular accounts, on the main page, it would calculate (consolidate) all the shares and list them together. And, it would tell you the overall percentage of each stock in all the portfolios. This would be great to have, both for the overall consolidated portfolios, but also a great feature to have within the individual portfolios. So you know what percentage of each stock you have in the individual portfolios, and then also when consolidated---to help diversification or to better see where you might be over focused in one area. Thank you for your consideration.

Why roll this out with myriad glitches? For starters, the MA plot dropdown menu has dropdown as the default. All charts are marred by that window taking up much of the screen with each new ticker entered. It must be turned off each time to see the chart. Please go back to Classic. I'll live with prices & volume disappearing when hovering over candles.
