Portfolio2.0
Portfolio 2.0 not showing up in web version of finance..how to revert to original?

We appreciate your feedback regarding the new portfolio view. Our product team has reviewed these suggestions are is working on implementing changes. One thing we are implementing is a collapsible dock in the portfolio view so you can view more holding data.

My original portfolio had 17 symbols. Now I have 1. Give me back my old one. Thanks.

The revised portfolio program is TERRIBLE! I will go back to the original version. FIRE the revisionist programmers!!

I agree with the other commenters here. You took something that worked fine and messed it up. No progress here just change for changes sake.

i WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH BACK TO PORTFOLIO 1.0 THERE IS TOO MUCH LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY IN PORTFOLIO 2.0. PLEASE LET ME SWITCH BACK WHILE YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR I CAN FIND ANOTHER TOOL.

Everybody who worked on portfolio 2.0 should be fired.
How can you put such a buggy product into production without the ability to revert back. -

same here. Lost a ton of data. Spend 5 hours re-entering all the incorrect data. low and behold, when entering the date it secretly changes the purchase prices. Now I realize all my data are garbage. Gotta spend another 5 hours to re-check all the data. Even then, the new format layout is horrible!

Want to allow users to revert to their Portfolio without Portfolio 2.0 BETA.

Cannot view more than a few lines of portfolio on YAHOO Finance app on iphone because of "Beta" announcement at bottom of screen which will not be removed. App is useless when trying to view portfolio on the go.

I too lost my purchase and sale history. I depend on these data to determine my profits/losses for my Fed Tax Schedule D. This is a terrible loss of over 20 years data.

I switched to Yahoo 2,0 Thursday. Everything is same until I try to open an article at which my screen freezes, and Yahoo 2.0 is then frozen until I logout and log back in.

Seperate the note and the transaction functions in the pfo 2.0
Definitely, Note is Note, transaction is transaction. Please let me edit my notes directly, not by adding or editing transactions. If I have no holdings for a stock and should write a note, how can I do? Why do u think notes should be followed by each transactions. Overview memo for a stock is definitely needed before starting a trading, then adding transactions and additional notes for pfo management...

Portfolio 2.0 is the worst. How to revert back?
-
giancarlo ferrante commented
From the "Summary" page of a Portfolio 2.0, if you click on a ticker symbol it doesn't open a page containing the charts of the stock but instead similar stocks are listed. This has to be an error.

I totally agree with what Mr. Clay is saying here. Please keep the Portfolio Basic. For those that like the 2.0 version, let it be an option, not a forced conversion to those of us that prefer the basic version.
