Hello! I'm having a problem emailing myself pictures, etc from my phone. First, my message would show up as spam and I could get it from there. I was careful to use the "not spam" feature in hopes that future messages from myself would go to my inbox. But instead my messages from my phone stopped showing up at all. Tried it again recently, and my messages to myself are getting sent to spam. Again I used the "not spam" feature. How can I convince Yahoo mail to stop interpreting my messages from my phone as spam? Search function does not work properly does not find words or filter in selected boxes
When I put a word in to search it comes back with every email, for example if I put the word burn every email comes up, I know they don't have that word in there. If I put it in quotations and reload a couple times then it sort of sorts some of them out. If I choose inbox then it gives me every box, if I choose a sent it gives me everything. This new mail is horrible and does not work properly. It is a major setback. Bring back the old mail. This one sucks

"Unread" Folder
I pay for yahoo email. In the new Yahoo the folder "Unread" is a problem. Every time I open mail in it, that email disappears from 'EVERYWHERE". Please HELP!!!!!!!! I have searched the internet for a long and cannot find the problem mentioned anywhere. Please fix this issue or I will completely stop all my yahoo email and go to gmail.

If the email is highlighted and you press the delete option on your keyboard please wait after deleting the email. The highlight will move to the next email, and if you press delete again, it will delete that too. If the email is still in the trash folder, you can restore it to the inbox.

Unable to print out complete messages as the area is too narrow.

If, after clicking the print option, you are seeing a pop-up window, you can enlarge it by clicking on one of the corners and dragging it to the desired position.

G mail does clip the email but I didn't know it about Yahoo. Although, it doesn't seem like it's clipping since I can see the entire thing on my phone. Has anyone ever faced this problem or know the reason behind it? Thank you!
You may just need to adjust the zoom settings in your web browser. Hold down the CTRL key and press the + key at the same time until the text looks right. You can also hold down CTRL and press the 0 key at the same time to reset the zoom to default.

Why do we need to use the recaptcha system?
When did we have to start going through the "recaptcha" step to log into mail? (I'd ask why, but I already know that - someone at Yahoo got bored and thought it would be fun to change things "just because we can"...) It's an email account....not like we're logging into the TSA database....

Touch ID- Keeps turning off
In the Yahoo Mail app, I love the security setting where you have to unlock the app with Touch ID. I have it set for immediately, but it keeps turning off. I'll set it for immediately, use it several times throughout the day and later that day or the next day I"ll find it turned off.
Please make this setting permanent/persistent.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
There is answer what so ever in the yahoo help that explains how you can recover your password if your phone number you used as a recovery number has changed, and there is no recovery email. But I can pay 5.00 to talk to someone. What a scam!!!

Constant Authentication Process
For the past few days, I've had to change my password several times. This is utterly annoying as I need to remember them and can't keep track, not to mention the fact that having to constantly go through the authentication processes is a terrible nuisance.
I urge you to look into this problem ASAP as I won't keep using your services if this isn't solved quickly.

when adding a URL link into an email-how to stop the obnoxious huge box that appears
when adding an url/website name to an email, I used to be able to TURN OFF the HUGE BOX WITH GARBAGE IN IT. The NEW downgraded yahoo mail has it back. How do I TURN IT OFF???
